AmberNightshade, 25 Jun 2022I've had some absolutely amazing nokia phones in my 40... moreI don't know what klusterfuccs are, but I'm agree with this man. Nokia are the worst company in 2014, but are the best in the 2000's. Samsung, apple, and huawei also has its best and worst years.

    When I got this phone,I hated it and cricket knew the problems it had and had no problem ripping me off for $150 and selling me a known piece of junk phone.For that I ended up leaving cricket after they unlocked my C5.Best decision i ever made as cricket was always over charging me for my bill and always finding ways to charge me a late fee for their problems.Back to the phone,the last update I received from cricket,about a year ago,fixed most of the issues with the phone and honestly,I am way more pleased with it after the update.Its much more responsive,doesn't drop calls or freeze up anymore and has decent speed when opening apps or playing games.If the phone had been thos way from the start I would have given it one of my better reviews but unfortunately for Nokia,cricket destroyed any chance of that.

        This phone is the worst phone ever whenever I try to do something, it completely freezes, and there is nothing I can do about I've reset my phone countless times and it still doesn't work. Cricket is a good company I just don't understand why they messed this one up. This phone is going to be thrown away hopefully.

          FE.Plumber, 19 Feb 2021Couldn't help but comment on this topic after reading ... moreMy cricket Nokia C5 Endi is garbage.Phone is 3days old and it's dropping calls,very slow and people can't hear me..Taking it back today cause it gets worse from here.Just bought a Samsung A01 from Cricket six months ago and it was on the verge of shutting after months of issues I'm seriously wondering is it a Cricket issue selling messed up phones out of their stores I've been a Cricket customer since 2014 and my first cricket Samsung phone lasted 5 years,4 in good working condition and it died in year 5.(2019).Now 3 phones in 2 years ,2 phones in six months.I might change carriers

            I'm not sure what is wrong with everyone saying it's the phone or Cricket. It's a simple issue really. The simple card and phone are not set up properly to work right. That's what causes the phone to freeze , drop calls , turn off , lose internet. I've had this problem when I put a Cricket Sim in a LG K20 plus from Verizon. It did the same thing until I got the network connectivity settings right. It worked perfect once I figured it out.

              I needed a new phone because my old one was one Cricket was no longer providing service to. I don't understand that but that's what they told me. The sales person told me she could give me a great deal on this Nokia C5 Endi. 30 bucks! Well if something seems too good to be true, it is! I wondered why it would stop, freeze, and just stay on one page no matter where or what it was. I finally googled it and found this site. I'm going to tolerate this phone a while longer, then I am going to DROP CRICKET for scamming me. I just hope I don't need to call an emergency number and the damn thing is froze up!

                Working on my 3rd Nokia phone ,all are dropping audio ? have been to cricket store and calling customer care for hours ,they refuse to issue a refund ? what kind of business is this ???

From day one it had major problems called Cricket - they said buy a new phone - it got sent to Nokia repair in TX - they sent me a new phone - having some problems but not the same ones - I think this phone is not compatible with Cricket. . . Going to switch carriers as soon as I can.

                      Either these reviews are all lies or a bunch of people somehow got a bad batch of phones. I've had my Nokia for about 5 months & I haven't really had one problem with it. It works perfectly fine. Texting, calls, surfing. The speaker is the loudest speaker I've ever heard on a phone also which is a nice problem to have. Just turn it down. Only thing I don't know about is the cameras cause I don't use them. Phone works perfectly well.

                        I've only had the phone a week and I haven't been able to accomplish jack squat and Cricket Wireless's only go to solution is to sell me a BRAND NEW PHONE every single time.

                        Anywho, freezes up constantly, stop and go typing and scrolling (it's taken me about 10 minutes to get this far), drops every call as soon as I try and answer, does not recognize pin number if I have to reenter it after awhile until I restart it, restarting the phone is also a challenge at times since it's against the laws of nature to open the back and remove the battery for a sec, and it'll crash 2 or 3 times every single hour. Youtube Music doesn't seem to be affected though. It's about the only app I use that'll continue chugging along while everything else is going bat shit crazy. Google never addresses the feedback that they ask for when an app isn't responding so a big "What's up with that BS Google?" is totally deserved. I want to keep the phone if I can get Beelzebub himself out of it. The buttload of storage is what I've been wanting. Already installed my favorite apps and I have room for many more. Just need someone to give me a solution or advice on what to do. Technically challenged here in Amarilly Tejas but willing to learn.

                          One of my friends decided to ignore my advice in getting a pre-owned Note 5 or GS7 and instead got this pos phone. He can't send any video files through messages and he just got that phone about a week ago

                              This phone is disappointing. The proximity sensor causes issues when on calls requiring use of the number pad during the call, because the screen stays black. The processor is woefully slow. At random times the screen will completely freeze and require an app reboot. Don't waste uour money

                                  Piece of crap. Can't even take a video. Freezes up and loses the vid. Take a picture, it freezes and loses the pic. Have to reset at least 9 times a day. Biggest waste of money I ever did. JUNK!

                                    The phone is garbage it keeps freezing is a crap is a shity ass phone a Nokia knows it a cricket I bought a shity ass phone for me it keeps freezing shutting down and everything else is a joke for $125 I think I want my money back just got the phone with start doing as I had the phone in for going on a week and it's always so much problem with it already the phone is shity cricket messed up when I purchase these from this company

                                        Jo, 09 Feb 2021I'm having this same problem with my Nokia it freezes ... moreI have been have the same problem i could have it up to my ear and will keep lighting up which and some point my face will touch it while I am talking and all the sudden I am on speakerphone have to take it away then the screen goes dark so I have to wait for it to light up so I can take it off speakerphone,and then it will freeze and not exept my personal pin to let me in I have to shut it off and cut it back on to even get in worst phone purchase I have ever made.
