Attention readers it is advisable not to buy this nokia model. I am facing a lot of issues in this and has suffered with great nokia services.
you Would face overheating,hanging, and slow performance issues compared to other S60 device.
Compete waste of money.I would recommend going for an android instead of nokia smart phone.

sonia, 26 May 2011does it support multi touch?it do not supports multi-touch as it has resistive touch screen but the phone is rocking,go 4 it if u r a gadget freak. . . .

I bought my C6 right after it came out.
I saw it, felt it was good and grabbed it.
its been a year, and it's still awesome.

or restore ur factury seeting by dialing *#7370#
then enter security code
attension! Plz bacup ur phone memory before restore to default

I have been using C6 since about 5 months now.. & its a Fantastic phone.. no problems at all..
i have 8gb mmc & PLZ NOTE* that if you are buying any memory card MAKE SURE IT IS "CLASS 4" as it is faster & more reliable.
FEATURES I LIKE THE MOST are:
nice sound quality, auto backup of data, ovi maps, qwerty works nice, good image quality of 5mp, nice battery life.
its definately a good choice if you are willing to buy it.

hi guys i am using this nokia c6 cell ph for the last 7 months white colour its superb guys at 13500? it an steal its has an nice touch screen its same in features like of that nokia n 97 mini i like the camers of c6 its suberb nice apps its has i have also used the gps an its work nicelly to i negivated my way home using gps its shows the was verry nicelly nice keypad slide out only minus point is that sound quality is good but it is not that loud it is bit heavy an so far my cell has no hanging problems so guys go for it an buy it its an ammaging cell ph at that price hehheeheeh

It's a good phone.I would advice to download Ovi suite for pc from the Net and not from the phone when you initially plug in the phone. The Ovi suite version from the phone has some faults and do not allow proper connection with phone. I would also advice to check for updates for phone from Ovi suite on pc and not directly on phone via wifi (original firmware on the phone or bad wifi connection do not allow proper upgrade). After these two upgrades the phones works smoothly. No hang-ups/ freezing so far. It's a great functioning phone (for my daily needs at least).The resistive screen is very responsive once you take off the protective layer. Using your nail or stylus works better than with finger. They qwerty is a bit on the small side...maybe i need to get used to it. But I've installed Swype from Ovi store and works great !!!(getting addicted to swype!!) Plenty apps available in and outside Ovi store. Not all are that usable or fully functioning though. Watch out trial apps or malicious apps. C6-01 is indeed better, but no hardware qwerty. Speakers on this phone are pretty descent! Earphones are crap! Video could be less pixelated.Battery life is great like most Nokia's once you turn off wifi.Wifi keeps turning on automatically, but do the following:The reason for nokia phones to connect to wifi all the time is because of the Email client int he phone.
By default, when we setup a Email profile, the settings are such that the phone connects to a wifi network whenever one is available and configured.
The phone connects again even if we disconnect manually in the settings menu.
Follow this procedure to turn off the wifi automatic connection and to preserve standby time. Open the Email application, Goto Settings and select the profile name. De-select all days of the week.Hereafter, the phone will not connect to wifi automatically. You can still retrieve the emails manually.Also, while sending an email, wifi will connect and send the mail ,then it will disconnect.

Phone Sucks.......... i've been using symbian phones since 5years .. this one is worst experience
have visited twice to nokia care..... now i'm requesting them to change my phone
