I bought a nokia c6 mob juz 4 days bak. it got switchd off while i wuz playing music. I tried to switch it on nd failed. nw the store replaced me wid anothr phone nd said that it wuz bcoz of sum software prblm. cn nybdy xplain me wat the real prob was? nd it is made in china.

I had the C6-00 since early July 2010 when my wife also bought her iPhone 3GS at the same time. I sent the C6 in for repair three times already for various reasons and I am very disenchanted with Nokia nd with their "Smartphone".
Problem 1 : system hangs and resets itself on power-up with rim displaying streaks of color light lines.
Problem 2 : touch-pad stops reacting after less than 2 months of use. Problem : design fault caused by connection cable (between machine body and touch-sc reen) being too short. Had to hand-wire leads to extend cable.
Problem 3 : phone resets and stops dead in the middle of a power-up process. Cause: power IC dead.
Repairs already caused me USD150. Where my wife's iPhone did have a glitch during the same period. Buy Apple. don't buy Nokia.

I bought Nokia C6 today..........n its awesome.
I love it. You need to update the OS to enjoy better speed n there are many new visible changes. I also found a better performance after I updated the OS.
Nokia C6 is all I ever wanted in a Smartphone n it provides everything that a businessman as well as a teenager wants. So I'd suggest, go for it.......its worth it.
