I got the c6 yesterday and the first thing i did was to update it (v.20.0.042). After that, i started using it and the phone runs really smooth and fast. the build quality, screen and sound are very good and the c6 is worth every penny you pay for it. I highly recommend it for everyone who wants a good and not expensive phone, full of features.

glot, 14 Dec 2010N97...........for quality....... but if U can than plz buy... moreThanks a ton dear. My choice was n97mini and not n97 as its a bit expensive :-) Now please suggest. Brother's birthday is on saturday. Cant buy c6 01 as it doesnt have physical keypad and he loves to chat a lot. Please suggest nokia n79, c6 or n97mini. I am planning to buy on friday.

Anonymous, 15 Dec 2010An excellent phone..a bit heavy and delicate.. but awesome.... moreits got progressive download in native browser so you dont need a downlaod manager.
Apart from that, i tried the divx player from divx labs and it gave some serious lags.
But mp4 movies upto 1.5 GB work great so no complaint about the video playback as long as you have a decent video converter.

Yaduvanshi, 15 Dec 2010android looks cool, i've not used an andriod so i don't kno... moreso i give c6 10/10 as it fulfilled my every expectation.
And symbian is just as expected so 10/10.
You can choose an android if you want to reach new paths, but go for symbian if you want what is tested and reliable.
P.s. I expect very less.

An excellent phone..a bit heavy and delicate.. but awesome. No hangs after the software update. Very fast.
Just need a video player (divx) and a download manager.

android looks cool, i've not used an andriod so i don't know how it works.
But there is one thing, symbian radiates a sense of purpose....it looks like it is here to work and last...
And i've used a symbian device for continuous 5 years and counting...so i believe its reliable. Apart from reliability, the symbian can do anything that an android can do...and probably more than that.
So symbian is elder and thus more experienced....
The purposefulness is kind of cute...
I give symbian 10/10 coz i'm a regular user....
And i trust nokia.....

this Nokia C6 is so very cooL..
i have 2 unit of this one is white the other one is bLack...
if yoU buy this phone check the version because v10 and v11 is very Laggy and sLow.. but if yoU update it to v20 its performance will increase...
for much better performance yoU shouLd update it to a CFW..
my 2 units of c6 are running v.20.0.042 CFW and i guarantee its fast!!
