Bought the C6-00 like a month ago.
First liked it a lot, then horror!!
The C6-00 is hanging over and over again. This is a known error but Nokia keeps selling the stuf.
And when you are the lucky one to buy one of these failure devices, it can be repaired and you have to send back you phone. Wait for 3 weeks to get it back...
So no Customer Care Service. They should replace the device by sending a working brand new one.
I am very disappointed in this device. Based on this experience I will think twice buying anohter Nokia phone.

hii to all the viewers of gsmarena........c6 is a perfect mobile to buy.....its speed is fine,nice front and back look,nice camera also.......comparing with x6...c6 is the bettr to go bcoz in x6 8gb and x6 16gb version the main prblm comes wn ur effected with virus coz of its inbiult memory there is no othr way dude you guys hav to delete alllllllllllllll the memeory.........so jst think once.........

i bought a nokia c6 this phone has some problem i had to rush to the dealer the next date to c why it wz hanging i wz disappointed

Its a good phone ...does not freeze of switches off..
processor speed is decent..internet also fabulous....best part is the physical qwerty keyboard it simplifies ur social networking
no regrets after purchasing the phone ...people those who are planing the buy the phone just go for it...

Do not buy X6.
Users please note that THERE IS NO MEMORY CARD SLOT in any of the X6 models. If your mobile crashes, thats all. All your files will not be recoverable.

Dear All,
I bought nokia C6 on October last week and from that moment onwards the hanging ordeal with the set started.
The set used to freeze either in standby or in call.
I got it replaced from nokia care canter but to the shock, the refurbished handset also had the same issue.

the Symbian1v5 has become old and not many apps are available for it i suggest wait for symbian 3 or go for android, go for c6 if you plan to change your mobile in 1 year because after that c6 will become too outdated.
