With the software upgrade that i got on 11/09/2010 this smartphone now support wifi n now.

I don't know whatever happen to your phone but, i don't have any problems with mine, it's very fast and responseive, not problem at all it's been given to me by Nokis USA as a complimentry phone 11/09/2010 this must be from the new manufactured set.

guys ! am not facing any problem in my c6 phone and i dont know why there are hell lots of complaints on it,one thing guys please its a request cause people who are planning to buy this phone will think whether to buy or not if the post is fake and against phone so think before adding comments only if itz fake ! awesome phone go for it ! and please dont compare this phone wit x6 or blah s as each phone got its own identity!!

Plz let me know from where u had bought it. I will buy from thwe same place. I had bought c6 15 days back but had lots of hanging and switching off problems so returned it back to the shop and had my money back.
Also do you use email and facebook in u r c6?

i recommended...to buy a 5800 or x6...
because...c6..
1.poor in sound...
2.weak in tv out(fatal for virtual laptop like n8)
3.slider is very dangerous if wrong slide...
4.the camera led flash only one..n not enought..
5.poor of accesories....

I just got Nokia c6 yesterday. Its 60% off here in the Philippines. But, i had it examined at nokia care today coz it has been shutting down by itself for like 6 times already and i had to remove and return the battery so it coud switch on again. Has anyone ever tried having this kind of prob? i think its d battery..

Buy this phone and enjoy the features.
Empty vessels make more noise. Like that the slum idiots who do not know to use their phone effectively will comment bad on this phone. Also even the beggar dogs who are not capable of buying even Indian Rupees 1000 handset will bark here only.
So do not care about that and buy. Remember that BRANDED mobiles carry warranty. So no problem.
Do not buy g-five, micromax, lava and all other china phones. They are WORST IN QUALITY.

I bought this phone and first day itself it has issues with Tocuh. Tocuh is not working and screen got stuck

and also there is not much price difference(only about 400 or 500 rupes)
i m having x6 8gb and i can also use this phone as a pen drive due to 8gb memory

hi guys ,i suggest you to go for x6 rather than c6 because of the following advantages
-capacitive touch screen.
-8gb inbuilt memory
-better camera quality and video recording with carl zeiss optics
-bettr earphone(wh205)
-tv-out
-no hanging issues like c6
-sim card slot is not under battery cover
-better speed than c6
-x6 is the latest music edition phone so it offers better sound quality.
the qwerty keypad in c6 may create a problem in future
there is no prblm in nt having a qwerty keypad in x6 since it has more responsive touchscreen.
i m writing these frm my experience.

guys iam a user of c6. first even i faced the problems with the hanging. phone used get hanged after i attend a call lasting for 2-3 minutes. now i replaced the phone in nokia care now the phone is good... but guys please any one of u tell me, where is the option in the phone to remove the time, profile & date option in home screen. plz plz. all other content i'm able to remove, but this i cant..
