guys....i have just returned 2 handsets of this model from two different stores due to hanging problem. i suggest people to wait for a month or so till nokia fixes all these bugs. otherwise phone n all its features are really good including battery...gps...browser...music...wifi etc.
and still if u wanna take a chance n cant wait n think u can tolerate these bugs go ahead n get it today...

hey guys i m using dis fone since 1 month bt haven't face any hanging problem yet..
bt battery life is nt so good in dis fone..
bt u can improve it by u'r mind..
overall i lov dis fone..

c6 is crap....plz regret buying c6 and go for nokia 5800xm ..it is a rockstar.....

it hangs very bad. sometimes when phone rings, it hangs and u need to take the battery out. very slow. close Apps running background. Do not put auto rotate.
Camera good. a bit heavy !! my screen broke after falling from chair !!
Those who are always on call, C6 not suitable.

From majority of comments here and reading the review from entire web...it is confirmed that c6 is a crap!!

Bought C6 yesterday night(ime:354839041765366), charged it for 8 hour, this morning SWITCH ON its, transfer data(contact, SMS, note and calendar) then try Map/GPS but can not work / no communication with satellite, so navigation can not use the navigation.
my software version is 11.0.029, while daughter's and my wife's software version 10.0.021, and all doing well for Map/GPS which I bought for them 2 months ago.
Bring it to Nokia service this morning, they up grade its and return to me said try it, Avery things OK, at home tried Map/GPS-->some thing happen, afternoon send its again to Nokia Service, call the supervisor/manager and had some arguments with him and he tried its out office to communicate with satellite and fail, so he will send it to Nokia center and will take 7 days.

Note: it look like the girl as rep. For repair don't knows GPS since she wrote my complain is GPRS not work, so every ask her to retype again every the correct term GPS not GPRS.
Hallo Nokia Indonesia have you give proper training to your rep. Repair which they are in the front line of your company and reputation.

i want to buy this fone, but when i read review of all d persons, i totally confused. i dont know wt to do, i buy it or not,
everybody say, it consist of hanging problem, the voice is not clear when anybody make a call,and bettery backup not good

guys plz wait before buying this cell. theres some major software issue cozing the cell to hang regularly. initially i thought its just me but there are a lot of ppl out there like me who feel victimised by nokia. plz refer this link:

Phone crashed on first start.Been to Nokia care,the dont know how to fix.They sent it to Nokia company.It will be more than 10days for the company to fix the mobile.

hi guys....i bought this phone from reliance digital first and the phone hanged in the first or second call i made from the showroom itself. but the sales guy insisted i fully charge the battery n then use it. i did that n then used it for another day but the phone hanged 2 or 3 times. hang means the cell looks dead n if u call that no u hear the ring but no signs of incoming call on the phone screen. n then u have to take the battery out n put it back. so i returnd it at the store n got a refund. then i bought the same model from croma n the same hanging problem repeated so i again got my money refunded. now i think i shud wait till the firmware n software issues are resolved. no point buying a brand new cell for 13000 rs. n taking off its battery every now n then. except for the hang issues i think its very good as far as my experience goes.

This fone really... moreRegarding your point on the charger (quoted below)
"The charger/adapter doesn't fit into the female three pin port as the design of it is three pin."
The charger top pin (the plastic one) is adjustable, you need to pull it out to connect to the main, once done you can push t back in. I personally think this is smart design, as this makes the charger really portable. as the C6 dosent charge over USB, hence you need to carry the charger while travelling and the desing that the Nokia has used for the charger soes makes it a very good travel charger.
