agree with D_x6.. nokia C6 is an average phone with mid range budget.. its one of the best package u can find in the market with this price range.. every phone has its own pros n cons.. choose wisely to suit ur need n budget.. hail all Nokia fans..

in my country Malaysia c6 was released 1month ago,
the price is so cheap,cheaper than n97mini

many more things(e.g. poor video recordng) also against Galaxy3... just open its specs in GSMARENA & Click on COMPARE n add there Nokia 5800 , then Read carefully d resulting page.
RESULT=SAMSUNG GALAXY3(i5800) LOST against 2yrs back launched NOKIA 5800xm
CONCLUSION= MIDRANGE ANDROIDS r far away frm MIDRANGE SYMBIANS !!
And TOO Far away frm **NOKIA C6**

C6 launch is on 19th september n not 18 august
I kno galaxy 3 has lower resolution but android 2.2 has its own quirks over symbian. + galaxy 3 has a 667 MHz processor, 512MB ROM and 256MB RAM while c6 has a 434 MHz processor and a 128MB RAM
A word of caution though, most android apps work on HVGA, WVGA resolution and not QVGA
I'm searching 4 a software to downsize HVGA,WVGA to QVGA resolution. There used to be 1 for downsizing 240x320 to 128x240 resolution in java phones.
Will buy galaxy 3 then

Parth, 15 Aug 2010U r rite bro bt nokia is fooling us since 5monthsi kno...but i think dey gonna release it soon..i guess by 18th aug coz their is sum event and sum mysterious nokia box are being droped having info about it...so i guess its c6 launch after a long wait..

D_x6, 15 Aug 2010Bro i appreciate ur work but u have to clear dat nokia is u... moreI think ur theory may b correct. I couldn't find about the correct reason for it. But i found one thing that on resistive capacitive only the single spot of the screen reacts. But in normal capacitive, electron runs all over the screen. That's why resistive is less responsive than capacitive. And i think that's d reason why its life span is less than resistive. But like i said there's another type of capacitive screen is coming. It's life span'll b 225 million touch. Much greater than the current versions. And i don't know yet which 1 of the resistive nokia is using. But i'll inform u all as soon as i find about it.......:-)

Parth, 15 Aug 2010Hey nitish they r allready available@nitish..yes dey are now avlble in india but their display sucks as the have low resolution..n also it dosent have flash in web browser..n c6 have 5mp cam wid flash and qwerty pad too and many more features like free lifetime navigation,etc etc..so now at similar price range as u said..its better to go for c6..ha ha ha

Here are some samsung phones that are bada/aindroid 2.2 os + have multitouch + are in the same price range as C6
They'll release pretty soon ..... if they release b4 c6 , nokia will learn a lesson 4 delaying releases ;)
I'm gonna wait 4 these to release in India ... What about u guyz ???
