hi...i want to buy a new phn but just dont understand that which one to buy....i have a limited budget but really want to buy a phn with qwardy keypad...so everyone pls suggest me that which one will be better for me???N 97 mini or C6....

Just like window 98 lost it's to xp and xp is losing to windows 7. We can't say Wht'll happen. But symbian is d all time mobile os empire. No doubt.

ANUPAMA, 11 Aug 2010can anyone help me out? should i buy nokia c6 or not or is... moreOk anupama...... I'm now comparing ur phone with c6. If u buy c6 u'll get a 3.2 inch display with 16 million. A stylish side slide qwerty. Proximity sensor for auto rotation. 5 mp camera with led flash. But u'll lose ur 575 mhz processor to c6's 434 mhz and smile detection in camera. And the most important thing u'll b using symbian instead of windows. If u do a lot of work in ur mobile office and comfortable with it, i will suggest u not to change ur phone. Bcoz symbian has quick office for those jobs but u may not feel comfortable with it and u gotta pay for it. Beside as i know quick office don't have full functions like mobile office. So it's ur choice now. But if u just like to upgrade ur phone bcoz of camera and music, go for c6. It's music quality is not as good as x6 but it'll b fine with a good headphone and music software. And i hope nokia'll solve the issue with c6's music quality with a framware upgrade. So it's upto u now...... I hope it helps......

I doubt in this price range u mentioned those camera'll b maximum 3 mp and forget about music quaility. Those phone'll b new versions of corby. I can bet. And we all know how corby is (!!!).

Let it grow. Android is now a child. So we'll wait till it becomes teen. After symbian's death we'll use android following bada. So all salute empire symbian.......:-)

Moreover Android has more free apps by % than any other platform.
After Symbian^1 with the release of N8 is over, all these 5800 remakes will become obsolete.

To all Indians, good news is Samsung is going to launch 2 new Android phones in 9k to 11k price range. Both house 600+MHz processors, 256 MB RAM, Capacitive screen, all features and Android 2.2 upgradable. They are sleek and stylish too. Why to go for 5800 remakes/remixes? They all have processors of 434 MHz. World has evolved while Nokia hibernated

If u r a music lover definatly go for 5800. It's music quality is mind blowing. No doubt. But if u want n97mini's configuration in low price then go for c6. But u'll lose carl zeiss.

So Wht can't money buy???.... So nokia'll give their best on n9. As for texting, u can't say that x6 is a better texter than c6. Test it ur self. Ok find 1 of ur frd who's comfortable with qwerty. Then try to see who writes faster. I can bet ur frd will win. No matter how much ur touch screen is responsive it always slows u down. Bcoz here u got to see the icons on the screen not feel it, As keyboard (sorry i don't know ur name) said. I know a guy Frm my neighbourhood. He's this much addicted with his n97 mini that he don't even see its buttons. Try to type like that on any touch screen. U'll get my point. Some people purchase resistive touch on purpose. Capacitive is too responsive for them. Beside capacitive touch's life span is much shorter than resistive. So it's a choice for the purchaser......... As for using net, i meant emailing, chatting. I used apple iphone for sometimes. But believe me it wasn't comfortable at all while chatting. So i changed it. I'm not saying that x6 can't do those stuff but some users like me don't feel comfortable on touch while chatting. It's just my own opinion......... Another thing that bother me that x6 has 8gb and 16 gb versions. Problem is u can't attach any card with them. As in my country x6 16 gb costs about 30k. It's sounds weird but it's true. So if any 1 has a 8gb version, he can't increase his memory as he like. But c6 has a memory support upto 16 gb. So users have choice here......... I think i have clear my points. Thanks.:-)

D_x6, 11 Aug 2010Bro i just gave them reply what they ask to me.n we both r ... moreHigh responsiveness of the on-board keyboard touchscreen alone, is not enough to say that, "on-board keyboard is as good as QWERTY".. most of the time,QWERTY hv its advantage over 'on-board capacitive keyboard'.. its depend on precision of our thumb when typing on touchscreen(not responsiveness of screen).. bad thumb precision,bad input(regardless of capacitive or resistive).. i believe tat typing with QWERTY is always precise as we can feel the button with our thumb.. another point is,the capability of on-board keyboard will reduce if u type under direct sunlight(poor display under sunlight).. QWERTY is jus good anytime,anywhere(except driving).. So,C6 is really for heavy messaging compare to X6.. get it?

D_x6, 11 Aug 2010X6-first nokia capacitive very much responsive C6-resistiv... moreDude, they both have 3.5g. The size of battery in a phone is no direct representation of its battery life. The two phones use different hardware. The c6 might last than the x6.
