ALL Nokia phones battery has factory charge like what the sales [erson told you so DON'T expect for the battery to last 2-3 days on your first use BEING IT using A FACTORY charge battery! Besides the more you use the battery PROPERLY the more you get the full potential of it's power! READ the MANUAL! I too was a bit concern when i felt the battery was heating fast but upon reading the manual there stated it heats fast when you make video calls or using WIFI which I did. Also in the manual theres a thing that says you tap one and tap twice at some applications... so to all whose asking about the responsiveness IT IS VERY RESPONSIVE.. using mine for the 2nd day. My only disapointment is the sound quality (it's no music xpress so i can handle that) but when you put the volume to max the sounds clarity is poor plus the shutter sound when taking pics. Still trying to navigate so as to share with you guys problems with this phone. Loving it so far sans downside.

[deleted post]Dude! I was doing that to my past 50 nokia handsets since from 99 drain the battery then dont unplug the charger for 8 hrs. dont turn on the phone, are you the owner of nokia factory in china? hehe, anyway bottomline is nokia phones that are from china are crap! Peace!!

It is confirmed the battery is just 11 hrs after some txting, listening to the mp3 player, wi-fi for about 30 mins. Now i have to go to another country except china if i see another nokia phone... and yep nokia is very user friendly alright.

PLus majority of your complaints can be solved by future software updates, wait for it. a new phone is sometimes buggy especially in the case of nokia. remember the 5800 at first? it doesn't even have kinetic scrolling, but now it's running great.
Just be patient and you'll love your phone more later.
to those who are asking, C6 in the Philippines is about P13,300-P13,500 in stores like cmk cellphones and wowmobile. just google the names and you'll find their websites

alright...seems to be 2nd day after bought it 2 days ago...same prob 1-when i transfer all old mssages,the names wont came out.2-i send contact via bluetooth,when open it,my phone hang.3-when i choose New Message>Add Contact,and the contact didnt came out.I also cant 'send to many'.I dont know why...anyone?

Just bought this F@#$%&* handset here at hello store here in the philippines at 1121 a.m phil. time yesterday battery died out at 950 p.m phil. time. It was on silent mode with vibration from 1 p.m to 730 p.m recived 1 missed call and about 20 txt msges during that span, used internet through wi-fi for about an hour and that's it battery died. Hello sales lady told me that it has a factory charge. When you slide out the keyboard it took 5 seconds for the scree to respond in a landscape mode doesn't have the flashlight v3.1 neither.Its made from china because almost all of the handsets of nokia here are made from china e series was the last known handset that are still made from korea and the bat life of those phones can last to 2 days! Here in phil. there are two types of phone that are made from china one is made by nokia but still from china and the other one is made by the filipinos here and named china phone which is a crap phone. This c6 phone have a 1200 bl-4j battery much larger than e66 but e66 bat life last longer. Cam of this phone is like in the e52 sound quality liked in the 5230. Cant use the light for video rec. So go for an x6 but because x6 looks like a very cheap phone go for a samsung galaxy or jet than this nokia phones that are made from china that has a battery life of again 18 hrs. for maximum. NOKIA STOP YOUR FACTORY IN CHINA OR YOUR MARKET WILL DIE FOR SURE. Im going to swap this phone 2days from now for a galaxy if the bat life doesn't change. AGAIN DONT BUY THIS PHONE OR ANY NOKIA PHONEIF IT'S MADE FROM CHINA!!!!!!!

all phone maker have plant or factory in china.even samsung have one also i believe.
