I guess i'm asking a question running thru evry1's mind:
C6 was released in uk for 320 euros (Rs19.5k) although it was expected to release at 220 euros (Rs13k)
So is it possible that it will be released in India in the range of 13-14k ????

Its a Nokia phone. Even if you experience any software glitches for now like memory full without any reason, they all will be fixed in software updates. Be sure about that and keep checking for firmware updates.
Current FW version for Nokia C6: 10.0.24

Needless to say, that I am also one of the many who have been waiting for this gadget as if its my 10th board result..
anyways, there are few things which are going on in my mind.
--If this cell is released in other countries, for quite some time now,why have gsmarena not come up with reviews..
--Do any1 feel that the cell, which is claimed to be launched in other countries, is not released in a full fledged manner..and is just available in traces, just to sell it at a premium price to those who want it early then the others.
--when many sites are claiming it to be launching on 30 july,how come suddenyl the news of september release is flowing..I mean the twitter link that that somebody posted just dsnt seem to be from official nokia people as the sentences were just awfull, which dsnt go with the repute of this finnish giant..
--last and the most important..the aura thatit has created among the prospective buyers..wil it be able to sustain it when it reaches our hand,,.as in..we already are encountering comparisons wd its peers and it dsnt seem to stand high ground against them..
--just keeping my fingers crossed for the better results(pun intended)..

Hi All,
As per my 1st opinions posted on this website, my C6 shown me a error message of "memory full" on the 1st day I used it. However, such error was fixed after using the reset code given by nokia customer careline.
After 10days of user experience, finally I come out with a conclusions;
1)In the 1st use, do not insert a simcard with fulled sms storage, Eg. my simcard able to stored upto maximum 30sms.
2)A simcard that have stored with max no. of sms MAY lead to error message like "memory full" and cause the C6 to have software problem and hang.
3)Always make sure that the simcard that you install to C6 is not stored with max no. of sms.
4)When the "memory full" error message appear and your C6 become not stable and keep on hanging, please call to nokia care line in your country to get the reset code. The reset code that given by nokia to me is *#7370# and follow by the phone lock security number which is 12345 default by NOKIA.
Hope the explanations above can help to some guys that bought a C6 and facing the same problem like me.

And w... moreagree with u that:
Nokia + Andriod = rule the world..
but nokia has been using Symbian since it produces every of its smartphones.. mayb this is the 'contract' between nokia n symbian.. or mayb this is nokia vy own business strategy/restriction/rule..i believe that Nokia have its own reason why are they insist to use symbian as their OS.. N900 will be using Maemo5,that's a new thing here.. hope for Nokia + Andriod next time.. =)

Hmm, regarding the price point, I too agree with it.
And what I meant was, why cant nokia use symbian^3,4,whynot Android??? Its Android that which will play in coming days having around 1 lakh app... And symbian is in no competitive with it. jst wait and see for few more days.
Nokia, like c6, its sluggish and outdated user experience. Need to come up more.Should develop much higher procie.And Nokia ,iff starts using Adnroid and all, ha, will rule the world.

ann, 22 Jul 2010can anyone from malaysia tell me..have you see this hp in w... morehi Ann from Malaysia. Just got myself the white C6 at Digital Mall PJ, try the booth on 1st floor next to snack seller. After days of trying out all the hyped out phones out there (Samsungs, Sony, Iphones etc) I finally settled for the Nokia C6 and I have no regrets! At the price, I am getting all I need for wi-fi and general media/music use. What I love best is the ease of use and the responsiveness of the touch screen + qwerty keyboard is good enough - in fact I find more comfortable than using virtual qwerty on Samsung Galaxy S and Sony Ericsson Satio. For me that's priority, internet browsing for hours is not a pain. Again its pegged to the reasonable price of the C6 - anyone willing to pay double will get more out of the Samsung Galaxy S and Iphone 4 :)

Still this hanset not released in ... moretake 230euro, go find phones with this specs.. i know vivaz pro also have something like c6, but u must add some bucks.. it is better for the pocket. ppl like students, have tight budget. this is something for them. it is like that.. not all ppl are afford to high end smartphones.. not all ppl are rich
