Well I guess that Nokia had announced these phones C6(14K), C3(6K) and X2(6K) in a hurry.
And now since the other brands like Samsung, LG and SE have alredy RELEASED new phones with the same specs or better at a lower price than the expected price of nokia's upcoming chaps, it has become a nightmare to nokia to release their phone.
In India now the telecom industry is booming very fast, even some brands like Micromax(6%), Lemon are coming up with a Markable Market Share.
About Nokia I am pretty sure that they know it very well that launchin their phones at this expected price with these mentioned specs not gonna help. And even delayin it.
I still remember whn C3 n X2 were announced. the exexpected price for X2 ws 90Euro and for C3 it was 120Euro. almost 30% extra.
And now C3 has recently launched out at a price tag of 90Euro. and i bet C3 wud have gud demand thn X2. Although X2 is for music n C3 is for Social Netwrkin. But both phones hv 3.5mm jack now nobdy plays music on loud spekers. get a gud bass headset n enjoy music.
ANd about 5Mp camera. well thats a big time catch bt wht I wonder with is tht 6303 tht has 3.2Mp gets me a pic for 600-700KB thn how about 5MP. i guess 1 pic = 1MB. Y would a music lover who wanna go with X2 comprimizes on the memory for Camera??
Conclusion is this that prices will surely dip down for X2 and C6.

itz around 12500rs so i think itz features may not be as gud as compared to n97 mini, i think n97 mini is better option...... any one to suggest which one to buy..??..

gsm arena only said expected in Q2 not really true.. perhaps can be released in Q3/Q4 but not next year.. phone that will be released next year wont be "coming soon" at nokia's website..

Hi, I have read some previous comments and I could see that some have misunderstood that Q1 is from Jan – Mar. Actually Q1 is from Apr – June and Q2 starts from July. So nokia has said it will launch the phone in Q2, Which is just about to begin. But yes, it has been a long wait!!!!

Enough is enough.
My request to everybody plz plz Don't post any FAKE release date of this phone anymore. It's really very annoying to see someone put an imaginary date or time every now and then in the blog.
The delay by NOKIA is already pretty much UNTOLERABLE now...! So plz don't rub salt to injury by mentioning fake dates.

i m waiting for c6 frm 2 mnths .i decided if it realeas 30th june i buy it .bt its nt realeas.nw tomaraow i wil buy htc .nokia never complete their promise .i waste my two mnths for c6

So, the 2nd quarter of 2010 has come to end and C6
is not released. Shame on all those who have been
misleading that the release date would be 2ND Q.
Gsmarena have also manipulated the data now to 3RD Q
When 3rd q comes to an end, the release date would
then be postponed till December.Ver sad state of affairs.

Actually i dont mind if nokia release both x6 and c6 together since both of them have different function.. X6 will satisfy music lovers but C6 will satisfy chatter & social networking users..
Its true C6 cheaper than X6. Thats because X6 using capasitive touch and anti scratch LCD, better headset, and many more feature that arent in C6..
C6 just have physical keyboard & widget UI, but X6 has so many feature better than C6..
So, why every1 always tell C6 better than X6.. What a non sense.. You can tell 5800 better than C6 but why X6 which better than 5800 arent better than C6..
Both of them serve different kind of users.. Remember X series from Xpress music always for music lovers not C series thats why C series wont have the 3D surround chip to improve music audio quality forever..

Notice the Release Date has been changed to Q3 2010 which means late July or August. Stop asking when it's gonna be released in the market especially indians because it doesn't help anyone. Its also really annoying.

searching c6, 30 Jun 2010my frndz.. nokia will not going to release c6 soon..
becau... morebut users who know this not fool too.. they will go for another brand who serve better phone with same range like android... so nokia who are disadvantaged in this regard..
and soon or later, users will abandon nokia and nokia will lose its trust for mid range market who actually more than combined top and low level.. not for top and low since high level, nokia will release N8 and for low level, nokia release C5 and its friend like C3..

mr confussed, 30 Jun 2010what should i go for, nokia C6 or X6 16gb ?
lets say if ... moreperhaps i dont speak too much.. but X6 first release have problem with its software, i dont know now..
and for C6 too which decendant from N97 which have problem with lag when open some apps and typing messege.. i dont know the detail but since C6's software perhaps will get updated to solve the problem yet..
warranty as i know only for hardware if caused by plant.. perhaps your phone will be held by nokia for several month to get it fixed..
