the only thing better in this device maybe the keyboard layout but every thing looks worse then the N97

rohit, 27 Mar 2010neither3.2mp,nor5mp,only8mp,like as n86or high than 8mp.The chances of it having an 8 MP cam are remote, it will mostly end up having a 5 MP cam as this is the C6 and even the C5 has a 3 MP cam. Also since the C5 has a 600 MHz CPU, the C6 can be expected to have at least a 600 MHz or better CPU. It should hopefully get released soon at a reasonable price. I am planning on taking a new mobile to replace my N82 and N73 and as of now I have set my eyes on this.

Anonymous, 27 Mar 2010look alike n97, but whats 'c' stand for?C stands for basic/classic type... nokia separates its phone based on 4 different kind of type.. C = basic phone/standard user, E = business user, X = for entertainment, and N = for high class phone user...
n97 specifications are now classified as weak, why?? because other vendors have developed a 600MHz + + procie especially those that present trends 1GHz Snapdragon quallcomm stronger than nokia (n97) who still use 487mHz.. whereas Nseries class dedicated the highest level of a nokia's phone ...

-design : i think not too bad.. like 5800 + N97.. 5800 seems popular i think...
-feature : a little bit disappointed, not equipped with S^3 but that to cut price.. so its okay.. equipped with WLAN too..
-performace : like N97, not too good and not too bad for now.. but for last year this phone would enter top-class level.. at least now for us mid-class level, if you're given this phone, you wont reject it right?
so now.. whether there are able to buy phones with the highest spec, if not among the elite? how for the middle class who want to have a cool phone but with affordable price?
You can mock this phone but 1 million people will be grateful to nokia for this useful mobile phone, at least for whom just using phone for SMS, telephone, facebook, other applications like me...

certainly, this phone will kill both side like N97 and Xpress Music series like 5800 and its brothers... so thats why nokia want to sale those phone too cheap in market.. especially in my country..
because Q3 S60 5ed phone will not sold out again with the nokia X10 equipped with S^3, the market will buy it compared to the ancient belonging S60..
Nseries remains the flagship and most advanced range of products. Xseries comes next and focuses on social entertainment. Eseries remains focussed on productivity and business whilst Cseries represents the core range of products. which 1 being the lowest and 9 being the highest.
so here the range:
N = All round advance spec [tier 1] > i think will using maemo and S^3
X = social networking spec [tier 2] > using S^3
E = business spec [tier 3] > using Maemo i think
C = basic spec [tier 4] > using S60

As per specification i can say that this phone will cost us @ Less then Rs.17,000

the reason nokia give S60 rather than S^3 to make N97 for mid term level, why??? because i think nokia seems too old, like give CPU 434mHz for high tech phone like N97.. whereas its competitors out features with a higher spec but cost the same as the high-tech nokia phone like N97...
is it not annoying nokia fans and make them move to another brand... for example my friend family, for 8 years they used nokia products.. but now they have to use a BB, SE only because they look nokia too outdated.. cant chating like BB, always using S60 whereas android better than S60..
