My c7's camera is not working. Every time i use front cam "error restart your phone" thats why i didnt use front cam. I dont know what is the problem. Update is the problem? What do you think guys?

I feel like click "factory settings" on my C7 but am afraid i might lose my downloaded, am unable to download data right now and am afraid it could be due to some data which indicates signs like this "(?)" on my phone files. ie. in... E: and C: and please, could this signs "(?)" be a virus? because its much in my files diskcache.
Please i need your help.....

hany, 07 Dec 2013i have nokia c7 for long 2 years ago but i face acase most ... morei am facing the same issue after using it to 2 years. appears a battery issue but cannot be sure. restarts automatically . somtimes switches off.

Anonymous, 07 Dec 2013i cant activate blutooth in my c7, can sum1 pls hlp.Bluetooth is available from the notifications area itself. Just tap on the button. It is also available in the Connectivity submenu within Settings. Nokia Bluetooth is easy and quite reliable (except when pairing with some phones of some other brands). You'll have to pair the devices to make reliable hasslefree transfers.

Photo and music sharing was easy and quick. First turn on NFC in both the devices and you'll have to tap the backs of both the devices.

My Android tablet fell... crashed to the ground from just about 3 ft. and looks like it's dead... I have tried to awaken it many times without success.
My C7 has fallen many times .... and still looks new and functions perfectly. Cheers!!! for the build quality and workmanship.

i want download bitstrip in nokia c7 but it says its only for Iphone's can you arrange that application for nokia phones too . bco'z i love to use nokia phone's only... thanks
