Valadar, 13 Oct 2011Hi everyone I am getting ready very shortly 2purchase this ... morec7's much better than the 700 but the 701 is better than it cuz of the processor and ram. But the c7 has an amoled screen so don't expect much of a price difference between the 701 and the c7. Amoleds are rare and comparitively expensive and aids power saving.

Its Ok.yes C7 wil hv belle update most probably mid Nov..i hv bn using it since last Feb, n there is no problem at all. Every thng is fine n fast as fluid..go n grab it. Its an amazing cell ph frm Nokia.

I used this phone for 3 months. It's GORGEOUS!! I love it! I play hd games, surf the web, stream music via fm transmiter, send emails, use facebook via fMobi app, read books from app store, watch movies (with subtitles, because i installed the N8 video pkayer). It'a a great phone. Since i bought this phone i only open my computer 1-2 times a week when i need to print something :)) Everything i used to do on computer now i do on my phone. :X

Hey i updated my c7 to anna software.. but still the purple tint issue still excist.. r u facing the same problem.. plz tell me wats the solution to it..

I stay in South Africa&it does not look like the 701 is coming 2this country at least not now. We don't even have the Nokia 700 as yet although it is coming at some point. I was curious whether the C7 will be further upgradable past Belle.

both the phones r same in luks.bt 701 hv 1Ghz CPU while c7 hv 680 Mhz. Battery of C7 is 1200mAh while 701 hv 1300mAh. Camera is same 8mp fixed focus HD video,both hv 3.5'' screen c7 hv Amoled while 701 hv super clear LCD.
700 hv 3.2'' screen Amoled with CBD. Bt camera is 5mp fixed focus so 701 is the best among these trio.

Hi everyone I am getting ready very shortly 2purchase this phone. I would just like 2hear your honest opinions about this phone. Is it better than say a Nokia 700 in terms of durability, battery life and camera? Also do you think it will be able 2run the next Symbian iteration after Belle? I would appreciate any feed back. @All.
So far the phone has been working good... no major problems faced so far. It seems to be a tad slow at times, but that's ok as even powerful desktop computers feel slow sometimes. The signed and unsigned apps are a major headaches. Just when you think you have a good app, it just doesn't install. Photo / video are better than expected. I am happy with my C7.

I has bought the second hand Nokia C7. How can I know the phone lock code set by the first user? or how can I reset the phone to get the factory phone lock code? Thnak before hand.

[deleted post]Yeah but nokia OVI apps store has low HD games a very few compare to iOS which has a large number of HD games ,nokia have to upload more and more HD games for phones like N8,C7,X7 because these phones are built for HD gaming and not for Java crap games !!!

I have used Samsung wave 2 which had Bada OS and now Im using C7 and Im quite satisfied with symbian Anna than Bada OS. Some great apps like skype,swype etc etc wont work on bada OS.. Now you decide..??

using dis phn for the past 6months... itz quite gud i feel... photo n video quality is gud.. juz dat it might b a bit slow wen switchd on.. bt while n use.. speedz quite ok.. jus dat even at dis cost... evn symb anna is nt as gud as any anroid phn at dis price range... t f u wanna go fr da brand name... go fr dis...

c7 is dead because even cheaper phones like nokia 500 and 700 have 1 ghz processor which is faster...
