C7 brings me back to Nokia group,I Found C7 a perfect cell phone by all aspects. Also suggest you to try it.

bhy, 26 Sep 2013i bought c7 yesterday. Its hard to use web. Always turn off... moreWeb has not been a strong point in Symbian phones... though it works just fine enough. About turning off (restarting problem)... I guess it might be some corrupt files... Formatting your phone and reinstalling the firmware might solve the problem.

Today I connected my phone to the Nokia Suit and was surprised to discover new updates waiting... I got Microsoft Apps v2.01. installed ... but yet to try them out. hope some nice goodies are waiting to be discovered. Cheers!!!

As for the screen, I'm not sure and have never faces such a situation. I guess you may have to visit Nokia service center. Maybe someone else can advise you on that matter. Have you tried shutting down the phone and restarting? Have you dropped the phone?
