go to nokia care and thell give you a brand new one.

I want to buy a mobile & i m confused between c6-01 & c7.
which is the best one plz suggest me...
i know about purple tint issue in c7. Is this problem occure in every c7 handset?

All... moreRajesh get it changed asap cos i had the same problem and no matter wat i did thats update software hard soft resets and even when i had no application and no memory card in the fone it stil restarted.....they change the board but it stil restarted maybe tat one was faulty too.....later after a huge argument they change the entire piece and not it works amazingly with no restarts at all for the past one month......there is a slight tint issue tho which i hope with be sorted later as John said

why, 08 Apr 2011john i'm thinking of getting the additional 12 month warran... morei guess so dude..that's what the guy from NCC told me. I haven't had the chance to call them back yet. I also plan to avail that offer.

Nokia C7 is a nice phone. I hav bought it one week ago. All its features r excellent. Touch is good. The only problem is it sumtyms automatically restarts....

This phone is perfect! . .i have this phone as a graduation gift from my dad, and i had this for about 3-5 days, . .i love every feature of it. . .and i will never regret choosing this phone as my gift. .this is also from dubai (made in korea). . .thanks Nokia and thanks dad!

AnonD-5527, 06 Apr 2011this is actually my 2nd post and much like the 1st one its ... morec7 is amazing indeed...it's functional and stylish..but i suggest you to wait until the tint issue is gone...cos i have the brown tint issue with my c7 and it has affected my photos..the dark areas shows brown tint...same with my videos...my black and white videos shows brown color..and now even my galaxy on fire game is affected...but it's up to you..c7 is amazing,except for the still photos there's nothing i don't like with this phone..and if you buy one be sure to check it...the decision is yours man..
