I always choose the latter,the former gives permission for connectivity till the phone is restarted next. Check if you have selected this option.

In a few cases I've discovered some app I forgot in the background and in two cases I couldnt see any reason why it connected to wifi. It may be some process running in the background or a system process which does that.
Btw, my settings are widgets offline, Network priority set as wifi/3G/Gprs, Packet data to when needed and wifi switching to Known Wlans only. Let me know what yours is, over a 3 day period when I had set Wlan switching to Manual, I had no unusual connections.

Dear Maverick75,
I have mentioned in my previous posts about Wifi in my C7 connecting automatically to known wifi Access points. I have set everything to manual mode and all widgets to offline mode. Still it gets connected automatically to my wireless access point. Does it happens with your phone too ? there is one more person in this forum with the same problem.

AnonD-3667, 27 Mar 2011Mr.maverik please help me out with the battery issues ! It... moreWell, Wlan and 3G are some big battery suckers, the other is the screen and display. If you use Wifi most of the day, then ur battery is going to drop very quickly, nothing you can do about it.

ki-as, 27 Mar 2011i've read the info regarding the smart office.there's no fu... moreMy experience with this app is mixed and not very positive. On one hand, you can create new docs. I was able to edit a word document, but wasnt able to edit a .xlsx and .ppt document even though was able to view it without a problem. Another issue on the C7 is that because the editing screen and keypad is not split screen,i.e you type ur text in another screen, creating a new document is very tedious and frustrating. Try it out, but I wouldnt say the C7 is made for editing docs with the existing software. I havent tried the paid upgrade to editing on quickoffice, but i dont think that will be much better.

AnonD-2572, 27 Mar 2011Yes, try flip font, its easy to use and works well.Just an update on this..SbDevilmind, which version are you using? I got version 5.3 to install on my c7 but its erratic and my phone had some reboots after this..so I uninstalled it..previous versions were not installing or giving errors. The app seems to be mainly for s60v5 and earlier..is it working well for you?

hello ! i am an owner of 58000 Xpressmusic and i am very pleased of that cell. I want to replace it with c7 but i dont like the fixed focus camera and the short battery life. Any suggestions?

My phone has fit and fi... moreMy C7 has a reddish tint which I've stated on some posts earlier..don't know if its my imagination or something else, but the tint seems to be better after updating to PR 1.2 even at low light levels lol. I dont have a dust problem but I always use the C7 with a flip cover or pouch, I never carry it without it cos its slippery and I've already dropped it a couple of times immediately after I got it. I'd recommend everyone use it with some kind of carry pouch. My C7 is made in Korea.

how do I play music based on the files in my memory card? currently C7 list all my songs in the music player view. I tried to create playlist but cannot. When I played the song from File Manager, it can only play one track. Please help. Thanks.
