Do I need to be worry about a OS that
is dead for some?
Do I need to be jealous about others OS´s more
populars that suposse to perform better?
In my short experience with this device I find very
difficult to understand why Nokia don´t run the last
yard of a very good OS. But anyway, Symbian perform well in this C7, no lags, flays, resets, out of memory, at the moment no even one. Browsing with Opera, watching any video format, listening music ...

I´m discovering all the futures that packs inside this nokia C7.
This tall and flat C7 sounds great. I´m using the fm transmiter every day driving or in my home stereo and have no flaws at all. Two taps and you´re on air, as easy as that. The output is superb with headphones. C7 deserves recognition here.

Hi. Has anyone had problem with 3g in Nokia c7? My phone only seems to work connected through WLAN. How can i solve this problem? It's pretty annoying that I can't get to the browser or e-mail when I'm on the bus.

aj2010, 21 Mar 2011have u been able to edit bass booster?nopes..i m not able to edit the bass boosters even after keeping it pressed for quite some time..not edit option comes...dont know what the prb is

AnonD-3133, 21 Mar 2011finally got my C7 today..nice phone but to my utter surpris... moreIf ur comparing volume on loudspeaker then the C7's single speaker is no match for the 5800..however thru headphones the output is pretty good. If you want to create a custom equalizer, install Tunewiki player, create and save a custom equalizer in that and exit..u'll find it in the default media player as well. Dont know if the volume over loudspeaker or its quality can be helped much beyong loudness and stereo widening though. Cheers.

Yes you should be able to update directly to PR 2, I've skipped updates in earlier symbian phones without a problem. I have PR 1.1 but havent noticed my batt acting funny..although I think the batt bars are not very accurate..I usually get 36 hours between charges and if I'm very careful and use power saving mode and only calls and sms with no web browsing or videos, i can push two days. The phone hasnt died on me yet! :) Cheers!

when i go the equalizer..i get a list ie. defualt preset,bass booster,classical.jazz,pop,rock..and when i tap on any one these,it becomes default..nowhere can i see the "edit" and "set" option...damn

aj2010, 21 Mar 2011silly to ask, but have set volume to maximum? it should be ... moreyeah ofcourse..the volume is set to maximum..dont know if its the maximum volume that u r calling very loud as it is considerably lower than that of 5800's..

other thing u need to do is open a song, options, setting, set loudness and stereo widening on.
these settings will also help loudness on the speakers.

u'l have 2 adjust se... moremate..i have used the headset that came with my earlier nokia 5800 and the sound quality is awesome..what i m particularly worried is the volume of songs on speaker..there is no option of equalizer..can u plz guide me how to get the maximum settings as u mentioned..and does the increases the volume of music on speakers??

u'l have 2 adjust settings.
i've it on bass and then every option to the maximum.
u'll have to have decent headphone aswell, let me know if it has worked out for u or not yet.

finally got my C7 today..nice phone but to my utter surprise and disappointment, the volume of songs on loudspeakers is very very less..much less than my earlier 5800 xpress music..
is it so with everyone or my handset is faulty.??
