Hey Guys!!!!!!
I just have one question to the ones those having the nokia C7. I plan to buy a phone in the price range of below $400 or INR20000. I have come across many blog and articles saying that the C7 & N8 are having some real technical problems related to the charging & freezing of the phones. I want to know seriously from you that whether these problems still persist in these models. Else I will plan to go for Samsung Wave S8530 during its launch in the end of December. As both these phones are priced almost same.

plays divx/xvid straight outta the box, easy, drag and drop from hard drive to phone. 720p, no problem.
which is nice.

The only thing i hate about my Nokia C7 is that it fails to play files larger than 2GB :(
Then what's the point of adding HD viewing compatibility, if you just can't enjoy it...

I just got this phone in Mahony Brown...looks prof....
and the system functions crazyyy...its fast proper...and the Graphic user interface on symbianv3 is sick. I had iphone 4g got rid of it since it had reception problem.
Thought i would never go back to nokia after getting used to iphone 4g for the first time. WAS WAITIN FOR IPHONE IN WHITE THINKIN THEY MIGHT FIX THE PROBLEMS on the new line of production.
BUTTTT this nokia C7 is crazyyyyyy..... N8 got screws running on the batter cover and the design is kinda i don't know. this c7 fits perfect in your hand . Screen size is proper. GUI is sweet.
go for c7 not c6 .... 3.5inch screen is a limit proper sizee believe it or not.

i'm now excited to buy this phone if xvid/divx codecs can really be played directly on this phone..

does the new NOKIA C6-01 capable of playing those said video codecs/formats: (xvid,divx,avi)???

the phone can play avi i have one but it can't play flv u just can download a converter

Anonymous, 14 Dec 2010plz guys answer qus. Abt c7 and wave . . And if i bought c7... moreIt is always better go for scratch guard. It does not spoil the look. On the other hand, if your screen get scatches, then it look very bad. You better go for it.

I bought mine Dec 1, first the videos freeze during playback, after 2 days it won't turn on, they replaced it after technical confirmation from Nokia care center. The replacement unit is now working fine and plays torrent avi videos i directly downloaded from the unit. I hope this unit last long

c7 is the best ph i have ever used. Its gps is too good. Video clarity is also very good. It includes all the features in 18000inr which other phones have in 25000inr. Its really a great phone. Thankx nokia.

I don't see any option "Find" or "search" in music menu or song list menu..
Did you see it ?

no we can't play movies which we download from torrent. We have to convert it into mp4 format or 3gp format.
