And for those of you making noise. You can take shots of notes, bill boards and shit like that without af. Af doesn't allow you take macro shots. You need a macro lens to do that.

People are just making a big deal out of this af issue. It's nothing. I compared two shots of an object at 3cm on my 5mp n95 8gb. One with af, and the other with the scene mode as landscape hence effectively disabling af. On inspection, there was no difference between both images zoomed up to 50%. Only when i zoomed to 100% could any loss of detail be seen. The non af photo was better than any image i can remember taking on my nexus.
Lack of Af doesn't render photo's unusable. It just doesn't resolve as much detail. Infact, i turn it off on my n95 cuz i can't always afford the second wait. Its annoying.
I read someone post that he would prefer a vga camera with af to an 8mp without it. That is really dumb. I would prefer an 8mp without af to a 5mp with af. Why? Cuz the 8mp will without af, still resolve more detail than the 5mp no matter how focussed the af is lol. An 8mp shot without af, resized to 5mp, would most probably be sharper than a 5mp af photo especially when nokia is written on its behind.
I'm not implying that af would'n have been nice but still, it would have made the camera module twice as large. Hence, the phone thicker, more expensive and more fragile. Yes, more fragile. Af cameras contain moving parts. A fall could dislodge em as was the case with my n95. I had to have the whole unit changed.

very good specs
but crap design, looks so dumb with this samsung style (green and red buttons, oval shape, cheap feeling)

This Fon HAS a autofocus (Please comapre the fones on any nokia websites).... Then You can find that it has a autofcus...Rather Nokia C6-01 AND Nokia E7 does not have autofocus !!!!

Main advantages of this phone in my opinion
1. 3.5 inches AMOLED capacitive touchscreen, 16M color.
2. Video capture in 720p 25 fps (HD quality 720p resolution) with codecs H.264, MPEG-4, video light
3. FM transmitter (88.1 - 107.9 MHz)
4. Dedicated graphics processor with OpenGL 2.0 enables 3D graphics.
5. Active noise cancellation for clearer calls.
6. Bluetooth 3.0
7. and the latest Symbian^3 OS
Main Disadvantages:
1. Though it has 8 mega pixel camera, it does not have auto focus. (But it is not a problem for me)
2. Sales Package contain normal Nokia Stereo Headset WH-102.

Yes it would have been a valuable feature but if you look at the full part of the glass you can find benefits of not having it. I have test it and believe me the pics are better than most camera phones out there.
So I think those who like its design, features and usability will not be disappointed. It is a very balanced phone overall.
