Ppl pliz which is clearly the best: nokia e5 or bb curve8520 as my needs in a phone r as stated 1.beauty 2.speed 3.multimedia 4.multi taskin 5.brousing pliz i need a quick reply as i only ave till the end of the month 2 make my decision thanks a lot in advance

A great second mobile for me but when using wifi and skype it will drain the battery very quickly. It might last 1-2 hours if you are lucky with constant talk. Not good if at a wifi hotspot without the charger, otherwise the battery will easily last 2-3 days. Will the E5 get any more firmware upgrades? A good solid reliable and quality mobile. Great reception.

Then switch off the mobile and charge the new battery at least 12 hours before using. After that switch on the mobile and use. I hope your trouble will disappear.

I was loving my phone until recently. Suddenly messages are messing up. I don't get the notification tone or vibration that I have it set for when receiving text messages-it suddenly stopped working. The screen won't even light up, I only get the indicator light around the center button. Also, today my voice mail messages are coming through as blank text messages. I can still listen to them by "dialing" 1 at least. I have tried to reset the phone but that doesn't do anything. Any suggestions?

It works fine for periodic refresh of the updates and when it comes to pictures, the poor quality shows off (picture size is a sibling to a thumbnail, more or less). But you can still download the Facebook for every phone app developed by Snaptu which is a better option while viewing pictures.

( Used Nokia N86, N97, N79, 5800, N73, 6600 in the past ).

Using the Nokia E5 since April 11. Copper brown. Bought this in Kuwait so I guess the phone can handle high heat. Fantastic phone. Real value for money. Wasnt a Nokia fan but am now a convert. Browsing great. Hate touch phones love QWERTY, so E5 was the real option. Beyond reproach. The screen could have been bigger but hey! For USD 200 couldnt have asked for more. Battery life good on standby2 days , no talk. But i browse the net and youtube 4 to 5 hrs a day, and battery lasts a dday. Browsing fast. Havent used 3G so guys out there who have fill me in on the experience. QUESTION. How do you set the alarm clock on this phone? BUMMER. Does not have secondary camera. Wish it had a front cam. Can do without GPS and maps. If you need anything more get a 3G powered Laptop.

when my e5's battery is drained, i was not able to charge properly,, charger, outlet is running good,.
it happens everytime the battery was drained...
is it the battery or the phone it self have the problem please help...>!! thanks

go to messaging > options > sim messages > then delete some messages so that the envelope will not appear:) hope it works :)

Cole, 10 Feb 2012gud ppl don't dare by this 4n, sure the specs myt look gud ... morenokia e5 is undoubtedly a class apart business phone. No single thing that it lacks . I been using it frm a year.. Ultimate phone , features r superb n zero complaint.. Ultimate battery backup of upto 3 days for voice calls.
Be smart .. Buy Nokia e5.. U wont regret it :)
