I bough Nokia E5 just 5 months back and replace one time in Nokia care afterthat sometimes earphone not working. need to put call on speaker to listen the call.

This is by far the worst phone I have ever had. Message tone doesn't work 8 months in, keys have stopped working, its very slow, particularly with a 16GB card, I hate to think how it would deal with a 32GB, music in particular takes forever to load. This is my second bad experience with Nokia, don't think I will be getting another anytime soon!

my phone is not booting and displaying a pop-up msg "start-up failed contact retailer" i tried hard resetting it (shift+space+backspace) but didnt work any help to format it ?

Well, Im using this set, its awesome.... Its up dated phone... No specific changes than E-72 n
E-71 even more than that... But those sets r more sophisticated than this....
Internet is superb, wifi covers the whole suffering... I love to Nokia...

i've been using this cellphone since 5 months its kool and easy to carry...camera is too good and seems like digital cam(quality wise).ovi is also awesum...only one objection or prb i have is thats this cell phone is a bit too slow ...opening pictures, options ,etc.
