I like nokia E5-00 Very good phone, All Nokia QWERTY Type phones are fail to compare Nokia E5-00 also nokia market price is not yet down.

Ryan, 11 Jul 2014How to reformat this E5?Only hard reset can reformat your E5. First remove the sim card and microSD card from the handset then put the battery in its place and cover up by backcover. Now, send a message by texting *#7370# followed by the default pin number- 12345. The handset will restart again in full form in 10-15 minutes. Enjoy your phone. Thank you.

please help me, my E5 is one year old and its running fine up to last week but nw its atometically switch off.. i charge it whole night but its switch on for 2 mins and again switch off.
