when i update my Nokia-E5 verson72 -verson82 then i face a mejor problem...its QWERTY board key programning totally change....now what can i do?

after updating to latest version of nokia e5, i experienced a faster response from app manager application of my device (specially loading of installed applications).......
am i d only one to experience this?
my device is completely hacked, as well as i have installed approx 30+ applications (most of them r python stuffs)
before updating, device was taking more than 5 seconds to load the list of installed applications..
now it does in merely 2 seconds.......
plz verify abt this..........

For Ovi Suite
Select the 'tools' tab and look for 'backup'. Click it and follow the Instructions to backup.
For Nokia Suite
Just click on the last tab, you will see backup and restore there. Click backup. And of course, follow the instructions to backup.
If you are doing this just because of the update, i think you shud just go ahead and upgrade the firmware, u won't lose any data.
On the other hand, there is no harm in backing up. Always advisable before a firmware upgrade.
