The service isn't very good unless you're in cities, otherwise the signal is terrible! Because it's AT&T coverage

I'd say they both are fantastic phones, but if you do a lot of typing or more or less want to use your phone as a business tool, then go for the E5.

I am using E5 & it has an excellent qwerty keypad ideally for social networking. Only turn off of this phone is that it has got a eye blinding flash which results a very bright pic even in pure darkness. It is the best model in E series with great features & good internet experience.
