nokia lover, 14 Feb 2020you won't believe that I actually posted this with an e5 Why I can't open many https website such as wikipedia, facebook etc using default web browser?
I cant download file exceed 15mb either using operamini or ucweb too
please help

Nokia E5 in one of the legendary smartphone of his time.
I can use this phone till now and i can post my opinion through this phone.

What for?
It holds everything I need from a phone!!!
Not to mention the peace of mind of knowing it will not die if I travel for a couple of days and forget the damn cherger even with Wifi, 3.5G and everything turned on...

I'm using an E5-00 as my main phone today and have nothing to complain. It's quite annoying to set up everything for daily use, like email accounts (I have 3), an find all the necessary apps you need nowadays, but gess what; It worths the effort!!! The main thing you should keep in mind is that you're not gonna be able to use Whatsapp (and right now this is the only backdraw I find 'til now) but facebook messenger works like a charm. Put it in a good SD and you are ready to rock n roll! If you enjoy open air activities, then endomondo is the app to go for. The Symbian version is quite old and "outdated" but the GPS hardware of Nokia does all the magic, being even far more precise tha the latest Android version... You have no selphie camera (but who needs one?) and the main camera besides being a 5 mp with flash does an outstanding job. So yes I proudly recomend you to buy this one. Oh! Before I forget: You gonna need to hack the phone in order to install most of the apps actually, but it is an easy thing to do.
There are plenty sites on the internet bringing support to the plataform and most of the are quite active. I recomend "Hey Symbian" on facebook as your main resource...

How good is this as a dumb phone in September of 2019? I can buy used one for only $12. I need a phone with decent battery life and I will only use it for phone call ant texting. Please let me know soon.

Hi friends, i wanna buy a refurbished Nokia e 5 00. And i don't want it to disappoint me since while reading reviews and opinions, i heard that Nokia e63 doesn't support ''mp4'' videos, now my question is does Nokia e5 00 support mp4 videos?
