While the phone is switched off, Hold 'U', 'Y', Green Button and then power the phone on will holding all these keys down wait until u see the Nokia Logo, before removing ur fingers. I hope this helps.

is there is any problem in changing battery from Nokia care ie,whether battery is of Standered quality ?

It is the best phone i have used even after E52, E72, Much faster then these both !! battery time is perfect, camera is perfect, weight is perfect, overall it is superb phone !! I hope Nokia will continue manufacturing this model for long !!

If we activate gprs, every other mail services like gmail,yahoo is free.. Then why that statement??

My e5 phone camera suddenly stopped working. If i press it, it will come back to the same page. Also the light at the back of the phone is not coming up again no matter how long i press the space bar. Please i need replies fopr solution to this because without the camera, the phone is not too good

Ravi, 28 Feb 2011I was using nokia e5 for last 2-3 months and suddenly it be... moreyou right some nokia product are defective, my e5 display light always brighten up just before the keypad goes off. Pls does anybody face similar problem? And how to fix it....HELP

I was using nokia e5 for last 2-3 months and suddenly it became Dead. Nokia Care people say its software as well as hardware problem. Thats really bad.Nokia is providing faulty products to customers.
