I have been using Nokia E5 for last 2 weeks now. I am a very heavy user with 3 mail accounts configured on this mobile + usage of youtube, facebook and gps application. Do a lot of internet surfing as well. Initially, I had some problems like software lag but I figured out that was cause the phones internal memory was almost full. I did a hard reset of the phone, and started saving all the data in the memory card so that internal memory is free all the time of system usage. Since then, its been 10+ days and I have not faced Any issues at all. Earlier I have used Sony Ericsson's w580i and Nokia 5320 Xpress Music. when compared to 5320 only drawback that I see in this phone is a li'l week signal reception. Other than that this phone rocks!!

im about to purchase this phone, but the camera's ... moreit's true.
The phone have no secondry camera.
But it dosen't matter,you can make video calls.
It's best e-serise phone simply.

Hi,
I purchased Nokia E5 in the month of Nov 10. After 40 days suddenly switched off and not able to switch on also. I showed in Nokia care and they told that there is mother board problem, and they sent to delhi and took 10 days for repair/to give New piece.
Can you give us a feedback
My question is to Nokia people that- Before launching you have to do enough R&D, plz mail me for below mail id

does it update a new mail on desktop or we have to go to inbox and check.pls reply guys

I'm using it for 1 week. Till now - no problems. Only one reboot when searching for radioes. But after memorizing the stations - no problems (some people say that e72 has the same bug). Browser is great (the speed is almost like pc,loading most of the flash content). Browsing with D-pad is as good as toushscreen. Facebook application is good. Calling is perfect. Conectivity - wifi, bluetoot, 3g - great. Music player - good. Keyboard - good. I'm completely satisfied with this phone. I had 3110 classic, and i'm scared of "memory full message", but i'hope that e5 with 256 mb ram will never have it. in my opinion NOKIA is still the best.

I am dissappointed.........this is a very complicated phone.........
I have used 2 business nokia Phones E61i & E71, but this phone is redeculus.......
Setting up an internet connection is not easy........then email setting is worse.............After 8 days of working my phone gave 3 beep and gave a message SYSTEM ERROR.......now its with NOKIA People lets see what they do with the set.......The set hangs.........DISAPPOINTED.

This Phone is Web Mail and MS Exchange mail Compatible. Connecting WIFI is easy. Signal Reception is cool. Calender, Notes, Dictionary are cool day to day organization tools. Some people may find Menu a bit complex but it is customizable and easy. Once you customize it according to your needs it will really work for you. Unless you are looking for a Washing Machine, Fridge and an Air Conditioner is a Mobile Phone This phone is for you.

Guys...Probebly this phone is more for Pro's instead of teenagers. if you are a teenager then you better buy anyother one but if you are Pro then i would ask you to give it a consideration. I m using this phone for last One month and i found it a great phone within this price range. Screen resolution is Awsome, keyboard is user friendly, Plentty of RAM, Typing Message is a Breeze, Camera is OK,Photo Editting Tools are Installed, Battery is good for many days with optimal use, Signal Reception is very Strong, Speaker Phone is Good, Voice Quality is Really Good, Loaded with Cool Applications, MS Office and Adobe Acrpbat reader On Board, Real Player and Flash Player are there, Nokia OVi Suite Compatible, Loaded with Nokia's Latest OS version Symbian 9.x, Thousands of Apps are avaiable. many are free. GPS performance is even better then your Car navigation system. I found this phone very useful for profressional use. Phone's built is sterdy and strong and feels Pro when you hold in hand. Only Difference in E5 and E73 is the Processer speed and Front Side Camera. Personally for me, i am not into Video Calling so This phone works for me. Processer Speed is Slightly lower then E73 but you wont even feel the difference. While E73 price iis Sky Roketing. While E5 is available in very Reasonable Price range. People who are Complaining about this phone are just unfortunate. IF you are tired of Touch Screen Phone then this phone is for you. I was kind of Sick off Touch Screens after 2 years of use. I wanted a phone with good tactile feeling one pressing keys. So This phone works for me. Guys If you are OK without Front Video Camera then there is no other phone better then this. Go ahead and enjoy..

i am using this set since 3 months.as its specs it has a 600mhz processor,i have checked using a soft called phone info it shows only 192 mhz this really sucks and e5 is not as fast compared to e72 it also hav a 600 mhz

want to buy this phone so desperately...
but hav read that it has many probs...is dat all true or r u just having fun out here??
coz one of the users has told me that from when they hav updated the firmware the hang prob has gone!!
