I have been using Nokia-E5 for last one month. Everyone is aware of great things about E5 as advertized, here are main disadvantages.
1. It hangs once in a while(once a day) and shuts down itself. It can hang any time, like when you receive a call, receive a new message etc.
2. One has to re-start manually and sometimes you have to wait for 5-10 mins before restart actually works.
3. 5M Pixel with Fixed focus is cheating. Image quality is too bad with fixed focus. That way E71 is better with 3.1M pixel and auto focus.
4. It does not show call duration of all previous calls. It shows call duration of only last call.
5. When you receive a message from new number, store the number to new contacts, message sender should be updated as whatever name you give to contact, but sender is shown as "number". It wont get updated.
6. Sound quality is OK.

i am using d phone for abt a month but i am not able to set my mail account so that i can regularly check my mails..can anybody help me on this ???

and how do i ... moreIm using an 8GB scandisk HC memory card, the HC stands for fast speed, i have no problems with lagging at all.
After you have put your memory card in phone, go to file mgr, Choose memory card option not phone memory, open memory card, press options, memory card options, thats where you can format card & change the name of your memory card.

Hey, I am using Nookia E5 from last 2 weeks. I found one problem in emails, I am not able to see the emails in HTML format, if any images are there in mails I have to download those and see and its very slow while downloading it. can anyone suggest the setting email display to HTML for Nokia E5?

Good day!
Is the 2.36 inch screen of this phone good for document viewing and editing?
Can i expect a desktop feel user interface when editing heavy documents?
I want to buy this phone as a netbook alternative this Christmas.
Please give a review regarding the Quickoffice application of this phone (the pros and cons).
Your response would be a great help for me to decide whether i have to buy this phone or not.

hi all i have e5 for 1 month and i install a(x-plore s60 1.51)and I wonder about the specifications listed in gsmarena Are they true or not, because I am by this program from (C-tools-divice info)i found those results
total memory:248 mb
cpu speed:192 mhz
so i should be grateful if anyone can help with this conflict

Download the nokia software updater from the nokia site & update your software like i did before 1st use, mine did update & my facebook etc, e-mail etc are working fine
