the flashlight spoils the picture...isnt there a way it can be set that it would make the environment bright without making the picture too white?

this is a common problem for many users.
maybe restoring factory settings will do the trick?
But keep in mind that all the data will be deleted, so keep a backup of everything including contacts.

please i really need your h... moreDo a hard reset with *#7370#. When it asks for security code, enter 12345.
Back up everything before this procedure, for the phone memory will be formatted to factory conditions, and everything it had, including contacts, apps etc will be gone.
If problem persists, reinstall firmware thru Nokia suite. If problem still persists, then most probably it's a hardware issue - go for service.

When I installed WhatsApp also the battery time decreased a lot... the application is always connected and also if you're where you have a WiFi known by the E5, and data connection is lost, it switches to WiFi not to loose connection. However, I'm so happy with this phone... love Symbian, for me a great OS.

please i really need your help; i really don't get what's wrong with my nokia e5. each time am doing any thing with it immediately it will hang and nothing will work again except i put it off and later turn it on before it works again. so what will i do? it's really bothering me so so bad. i wish to hearing from you for your help.

nokia e5 one of the best handset.
only one problem I feel, with its camera with flash.
you will have to turn off flash while clicking snaps. otherwise it will blur your image.

Although 808 had got software update afterwards, chances of getting software update for E5 is very less. Would be happy to receive anytime on E5. Nokia had diverted all their R&D resources to Asha series & Windows OS.
