i really like this phone. the e72 is too high for my budget. i am from manila too. i hope nokia releases this phone soon. :)

Nokia is now losing its shares in asia. How sad. I'm a nokia fan from the very start but nokia always disappoint me because of their product release strategy. Nokia must learn that their devices must be released in the right time. Failure of releasing their phones becomes a defeat for them because other companies may imitate their phones' features, thus their avid fans will depart to other brands.

I'm very tired of waiting for this phone. Come on NOKIA! When will this phone be available in the philippines? This phone will become obsolete when it comes to the market. Nokia must release their phones on time. Nokia goodbye! I'll go for Blackberry tomorrow!

Hey people
A lot of friends in this segment had mailed me their queries asking my user utility and satisfaction with Nokia e5.Well honestly am using an Iphone 3gs and a Nokia Communicator so let me put it this way:
Am very much from India as i was asked by a lot of my fellow mates via their mails.
1)A friend mailed me asking the speed difference with Iphone which was ridiculous as one cant compare 2 brands as each has got its own pros and cons.
Coming to the fone:
1) like i sd i got the fone from USA and its not available in india with the NOkia priority guys.
2)The fone DOES NOT heat up even it u talk tilln the the battery drops dead apparently.
3)Excellent battery life as its 4 days old yet just charged it once and been on it for work and music also if you use a bluetooth it does not consummate much battery and thats a feather for the cap called nokia.
4)Very comfortable, light,user friendly.
5)Only drawback like i mentioned earlier is the camera but for a business class cell the camera is omitable.
6)Very classy and rich in luks.
7)Nice and fast in terms of speed.
8)The start up is pretty fast in comparison with nokia e 71/72.
9)No cons/negativity i cld figure out in this 4 day baby of mine.
Conclusion:No offence meant to any fone user but i have been an Avid Iphone user so it would definitely give birth to comparisons yet THE NOKIA E5 STANDS DISTINCT IN THE SERIES OF NOKIA BUSINESS CLASS FONE...ALL HANDS DOWN NO REGRETS AND A REALLY GR8 FONE TO LOOK UPON AND USE.
GUYS GO AHEAD ITS WORTH A PICK....

jhane, 22 Sep 2010which is better, E5 or E72? pls let me know :)Both are similar and have similar features, but the e5 looks cheaper... The E5 is more afordable and I prefer to pay less for similer features, if you don't mind the touch pad and metal body choose the E5.

Hey people,i just got my hands on nokia e5 in white...yup the assessment of the fone is neat as it really lives upto the mark of having a faster ram and processor,though the camera is just a mediocre one but i guess for business class a camera wnt be a hindrance.good luks,fast memory,gud wifi,neat shortcuts,excellent sound with/without Bluetooth device,and above all PHENOMENAL BATTERY LIFE...just amazing to believe its a nokia.....for any more query u can mail me on abhisdg@gmail.com incase u have any qes before picking it up...

I understand Nokia E5 is make of China. Is anywhere E5 is available make of Finland. Is it any quality differ comparing the Filand the original one.

I just bought this phone last 3 days, its good enough for me but one thing with video call on this phone is we can make a video call but our image cant be seen by receiver.
