Without secondary camera, what is the use of 3G network. I think, video call cannot be made with a secondary camera.

i really want this mobile, but im lookin for a phone slightly cheaper (inbetween £50 and £110) and i don't like the nokia c3. i wish nokia would bring out a new mobile phone that is quite cheap and has similar looks/features to this model.
