Kokomi, 14 Apr 2013I need your help,i have been trying to update the software ... moreNot sure how you are trying to update phone software, via mobile (GPRS) or via laptop/PC (Nokia Suite). In case of mobile, check your GPRS connection. In case of laptop/PC, check your internet connection.
On the other hand, the safest way is to update the mobile software at Nokia Care Centre. If your handset is out of warranty, they will charge you. Don't forget to take the complete back up of your mobile as you will lost all your data during update.

no matter its small screen, matter is the low resolution,-different fonts show awkard on it.Except everything is great.

This is my phone, I used to love touch screens bt E5 is proving me wrong. I thot touchscreens have longlife, itz nt true. E5 is my best 4n. Only the enhancement msg that pops up afta using handsfree.

this is my phn , n it is really robost ...
u can use it as u wnt......
truely a stone to use, camera is also goob..
the only thing which i dnt like is no auto focus...

Nokia E5 is a good phone.but now adays my aircel 3G internet connection is not upto the 3G fast as compared to six months before.if it is equal to only 2G fast.i dont know it is due to problem in handset or operator problem.pls give suggestion to me.i am very much frustrated due to this problem.

is it my phone or this is common among e5s?? After using my handsfree, the earphone icon wont come out even after removing the phones.i have to restart the phone in order to remove the icon.i love my phone but i hate it when i cant use the hands free!
