shecky, 26 Nov 2012kindly assist me. my e5 does not indicate who (name) is cal... moreI used to xperience the same before untill I worked on my contacts. The problem is double contacts. Those phone numbers that do nt display the callers' identity have more than one contact saved with different names on your phone. Make sure you do not have the same phone number saved with different names on your phone (though a contact can hold up to 6 phone numbers).

that may be your contacts may doubled while copy from sim to phone, in which case, please select only one contact memory as sim or phone

Why does Skype always asks for GPRS,although there is the connection of wireless lan!! freaking phone... i tried to configure it but it always asks for gprs!!! instruct me!!

This is the worst phone ever- i have spent 3 days trying to configure skype but it won't, somehow they have made it too complicated, the 'back'command for the web browser ends up freezing as a small window and i discovered that '3' solves this problem, to enlarge a webpage , '3' works- its too expensive for the slow services it provides!
