hey frenz,
i m plannin to buy a second-hand E52 or E71. 52 has better features n i'm not crazy for Qwerty, but i definitely need better talktime n standby, both for 2G n 3G. plz give yr first hand xperince of batt life- talktime n standby of any phone u have. i use 2 hr talktime daily.

Ctrl. panel - Settings - General - Positioning - Positioning methods - uncheck Assisted GPS and Network based. It will find sattelites only with in-built GPS module. It takes about 2 minutes or more to position itself.

i have been using this fone from last 3 months and its really awesome. Not a single problem i have faced so far. Its really nice handset. only drwaback is its camera which is average, other than that its really worth it

This phone has a "youtube" application and I just had a problem using it. I mean it's not working. When I go to it, it always response with "invalid server's name". Do you have an idea how can I connect to youtube? Thank you in advance and your help will be highly appreciated.

Anonymous, 16 Oct 2010my E52 is always hanging ang turning off even im just texti... moreTry to update the E52's software version. This will require connection to the Internet. Using Wireless LAN would probably be more cost-effective than using GSM or 3G connection.
Once you have Internet connection, go to "control panel." Then to "phone." Then to "device manager."
Once in "device manager" click on "option" and select "check for updates." Your phone will connect to the Internet and check "software updates" for your phone.
Approve downloading and installation of software update. You will be warned that you cannot use your phone during software installation. Do not worry, this is normal as phone function needs to stop in order to be upgraded.
Hopefully this will solve "hanging" problem of your phone.

We can hear caller properly but caller cannot hear voice properly Voice gets faded during the calls
This is the only problem I had. Two of my frainds rsale their phone due to this problem

Please let me know about its GPS function. I am confused that its GPS requires internet connectivity or it will directly connect to satellite connection & show the maps (ovi nokia maps)lifetime free. please guide me. thanks

Until n0w i d0nt have any problem at all. The only pr0blem i g0t fr0m dr0pping is the scrathes in the screen and side.

dont listen to these idiot's comment... i got my e52 second hand.... but there's no problem at all ... hanging or restart... you know why? because im LUCKY hahaha

I wanted to buy last year's 16 gb ipod. Instead, I bought this unit.
And its awesome!
The music quality is superb!
I loaded a 16 gb microSD card, and I now have an ipod!!!
Get this - the black model is great!!!

hi there guyz,
i purchased nokia 6303i black and completely adored it.. i gave it to my boyfriend coz i want to work abroad and buy a new phone...
now am plannin to buy this E52 coz av seen its specs...am definitely impress.. love it coz it has 3G and wifi connections..
ill get this and will write a hands-on review... :D
i research before i grab something from the electronic stores :D

Its build quality isnt gud. I just lost its delete button without coming 2 my knowledge. And nokicare is saying dat u have to change the complete keypad and pay for it as it comes under physical damage and moreover they dont have it in stock. So please note that anybody can lose these two home n delete keys.
