you can not take any phone. I have been looking ur posts on c5 platform for the last 5 months. Why do u waste other people's precious time, when u r not interested to purchase any phone. Dont do such silly acts my child. Enjoy with what u have or simply take new one.

please don't buy this phone. it's slow, bulky. it crashes, turns off.it's like a alpha release of a real phone. you will miss the responsiveness of an classic Nokia. I have it for 5 months I can't wait to take my next one. It will not be Nokia. At least not the same series.

There is no further update till to date despite of several problems (Laggy in sms writing, Music player often refuse to add songs, Sometimes hang during call etc).. NOKIA when will u wake up??????

Used the phone for approx. 6 months as a business phone. Big dissapointment. Good: Battery life, weight and quality feel. Bad: User interface is created by people who obviously do not intend to ever use the E52 themselves. Typing SMS is neither better nor worse than my Nokia 6130 from 2001, but you'd expect more from a phone manufactured in 2010. Word recognition is a joke, doen't find common words and doesn't store your own entries. Handling calender entries is erratic, sometimes you cannot use "repeat" when editing an entry. Every now and then, phone switches theme and background when connected to charger. Does not close programs when "hang up" button is pressed, programs still active in the background. Handy when you have the browser open, but otherwise completely pointless as switching to open programs/apps are often as complicated as just starting them again via menu. Settings are spread out with no clear logic in at least 4 sub menus in control panel. Camera is more or less useless, fix focus style and clearly outdated. Nokia is not doins so well as a company, and after using this phone I understand why. Stay away from this one and save yourself a lot of time and frustration. I will get rid of it as soon as I can, sadly it's supplied to me by my employer.

Santa, 17 Sep 2010034.001 is the latest software version.051.018 is the last version. (search for blue-nokia) But also not available here too :(

I downloaded a .rar file and when I want to open it, I get an error that the file type is invalid. Does anyone have a solution for me. Thank you.

Just go into your Apps Manager and delete your big memory hungry apps then reinstall them onto your separate Micro SD card to leave as much memory as possible on your phone memory. I've done that and still only have 13MB of memory available at the moment but that's enough to run most things and check your email. Another tip in your email app setup make sure you only download the headers and not all the attachments until you're sure you really want that attachment otherwise your memory fills up in no time at all, then delete your unwanted email messages as soon as you've seen them. Finally, always save any photos you receive by MMS to your Micro SD card then delete the message in your Message Inbox otherwise that will take up space on your phone C drive (internal memory) Good luck
