I have this phone for the last 6 month (used one) but superb one. I droped it twice but still seems to be good. Cool features for the price and nokia always the best and user friendly. Wifi is nice and works perfect. only disadvantage its very fragile and too sleeky. I love it

Aman, go for E72. U wont regret but u will proud of own it. U will get full qwerty keypad instead of alphanumeric on E52. fast in typing with full qwerty. overall is, E72 better than E52.

Buy Cell phone based on how much your budget and what can you get from buying that cell phone and what you need from that cell phone such multimedia, camera&video, internet connection, etc..
Their service center can fix your phone for free when your cell phone had problem almost in 1 year limited warranty.. Your cell phone can be out dated after was 3-4 years and replaced with the new one better..
Remember New Cell phone price will much dropped in 1year after announcement..

Can anybody guide me which is better.. Nokia E-52 or SE Hazel?? They both cost the same in India & have almost similar specs..Maybe someone who has hands on with both the phones can help me decide which one to buy...

The comments/opinions mentioned here are quite confusing, as the advantages & disadvantages of buying e52 do not overrule each other. Some say its a excellent phone & others are commenting as such they have been fooled. M planning to buy this phone but now m really very confused after reading all the comments.......So please help/assist me in buying this or a good phone instead......My budget is 15K.

I am a Nokia loyalist. I have a Blackberry but always keep a Nokia, so carry 2 phones. Have had the E50 and E51 (twice) but the E52 falls way short. Poor networking ability and has rebooted itself in the first week. Very disappointed, looking to trade it in...

GPS ; Push email ; browsing ; wireless everything works great.
see to it that the firmware is the latest or else update it. older firmware hangs/restarts.
i am not biased but I can say, you don't need Blackberry if you got E52. Trust me.

natasha, 20 Jul 2010Bought this mobile just a few weeks back. And its not charg... moreI had the same problem when the battery lost all power I could not get any charge into it. I returned the phone and got a replacement. However, before I returned it I tried the new battery in the old phone. The old phone worked and even charged the new battery! This brings me to the opinion that the phone is 100% ok but the battery is faulty. I hope this helps.

i've been using mine for almost a year (1 year this sept) and the phone has been superb. the rare few times it restarted itself were due to my overloading the phone with junk softwares and/or overloading with too many programs opened at the same time... otherwise it works very well...

Maros,
Go for the soft silicon cover. Much better than the hard plastic.
Also, as this phone is so thin it is easier to hold with the silicon cover.

It is my 2nd E52, first one give up after a year of "harsh" usage. I desided to buy a protective cover for it. Does anyone have hands on experience with hard plastic or silicon (one/both side) cover. Which one you would recomend?

your problem can be solved only thru software update, not by urself but by nokiacare. Mine is solved at nokiacare.
