I have been using this phone for the last six months. It is okey save for the fact that it restarts every time i play music and use the earphones. Another problem is how to turn the camera sound off when taking a picture. Can anyone help me.

kiv_cool, 21 Jun 2010dude i got one.. but ma firmware is 33.002.c00.001Check it for 3-4 days n tell d experience. Does it get hang once or twice in a day. Mine is doing dat. I have switch it off n on then. Otherwise gud. U can update ur software thru fone itself to 34....something.

belive me dude, i'm using it for about 3 months and the ony thing that is little annoying is it's keypad, at least for me

i purchased nokia last week ie:14/06/2010, while i was... moreI too had serious power issues with this phone. Worked fine for a month and then it refused to charge.
I had to keep removing/reinserting battery and charger for it to charge and it would only charge with the phone switched off. Even then it would sometimes hang and go dead, not charging at all.
Cue the same battery flipping ritual when trying to then switch the piece of cr4p back on.
It went into fixing and Nokia gave up the ghost and gave me a brand new Nokia E52, which so far has been fine.
When it works, it's an excellent phone. However, many people have complained of hardware issues and when they hit, it is infuriating and unnacceptable considering this is a flagship model...

Otherwise, it's a very good phone, for battery, for personal and business use, etc.

Hi,
i purchased nokia last week ie:14/06/2010, while i was accessing GPRS its was giving hell lot prob and suddenly on Saturday ie:19/06/2010 phone got switched off, even tried by removing battery it didnt work, i have been nokia priority even they said we are helpless and this was the third handset on the same day...
Camera is really bad, guys looking for business please dont prefer this one.......

The best phone by far... Not even a signal problem... I did a small test to see hoe it performs I was downloading 10 songs and runing my mail and surfing net and listening to music and viewing my photo album... Tho i was runing so many app it dint hang for a sec... From past 5 years i have used 59 phones and this one is one if my best phones i ever had... Ppl i suggest u to go for this mobile... Its really good.. the only thing which i dint like is the back panel its really weak it can break easily... but never mind this is the best phone in the market now....

Wht is d difference between 3G and 3.5G written under the signal bar of a 3G supported phone. If somebody knows, pl reply.

Everything is very good on this cell phone but the camera. On day-light, the camera is OK for a 3 MP, but at night, it's simply disaster. I understand that is a business phone, but come on Nokia, at least try something better!
Otherwise, I prefer this phone to those who like long-lasting battery and a lot of features.

But this is d only nokia set perhaps,percentage of which users to the happy side is very less. I am also a nokia user n fan infact and wish dat nokia should try to make error free phones, thinking in mind people spend their hard earned money on its phones and it is almost impossible to get their money back even on the second day of the purchase and this is also a hard truth dat u cant check d phone in full before buying it. Sad...
