This Phone simply rocks!
battery lasted for 5 days!
gps ovi navigation is superb!
texting is so pleasurable!
design and looks is simply awesome!

i think that it is a very cool phone and i would recomend it to anyone. if i could choose between any phone i would pick the e52

[deleted post]U're totally right!..that plastic cover reflected light from LED and the pictures where so bad..after removing..IT HAS BETTER CAMERA PICTURES THAN 6300!!!

i bought nokia e52 last may 15 and i see to it that all settings are correct but still my camera is not good as my other phone its not clear as my nokia 6300

wk, 20 May 2010frankly i don't get why ppl would crave for a 'metal build ... moreit is always the consumer's own responsibility to research on the product before purchase. whining after a wrong purchase just because one didn't do enough homework before reaching for the $$$, is simply wrong, no?

frankly i don't get why ppl would crave for a 'metal build body', while in the same time ask for a compact and light form factor..
as long as the plastic are not too flimsy, the mount is not loose, i'm in fact happy with the fact that it's plastic as that now it has less weight.
if you are not happy with the phone design, stop whining and sell it off already while it still worth some $$$, use the funding to get some other models and be done with.

Same thing I said the other day, the E52 build quality is comparable to the E51's build quality. People who complain about the build quality probably got a non-genuine one.

John, 19 May 2010Does this phone worth 12000/- ? its definately worth 12k or even more...those who are complaining of its build quality , i dont agree with them..its build quality is at par with e51 ...it is much better than e51 in all specs , ..please dont compare this phone with e72 cos its a diff. Platform...i think after getting this phone in india(under warranty) it has picked up sales...

If I could get my money back for my E52 I would look at either the E72 (though this is too big for me) or maybe the C5 (though this lacks WiFi and I've not seen a real one yet so can't really comment). Otherwise I would look at other brands: HTC, Samsung and SonyEricsson. After the E52 experience I think other brands are now looking attractive to me
Previous Nokia phones I've had: 6250, 6520, 6300, E51
Non-Nokia phones: SE w880i (beautiful build - I hoped the E52 would be the same!), Samsung 1100, Samsung Omnia i8000, HTC Desire (last two are company phones, not for personal use, and not really comparible with the others in terms of functionality or price)
Of all of these phones, the E52 is the worst built (marginally worse than the 6300, but at least that other phone had a very good keypad)
