i bought this phone last November 2009, battery is ok. approximately 2hrs charging,then almost a week to use.(calling/texting)..but there's something weird happening right now, when somebody's calling me, the caller cant hear my voice, but i can hear him/her. i know there's a mute button in between the volume control. but i'm sure that's not the reason...in order for the caller to hear me, i'll use the speaker(putting the phone in loud speaker mode). this weekend. i'll go to nearest nokia service.

hi to all, this is vere good phone,i recomend to all who have it to put new biger mem card,i have 8 giga on it.then instal skyfire and opera browsers but instal them on the mem card and then you will have best surfing time

Disable or Turn off camera shutter sound
does not work when in Silent Mode, still audible.
Here's my trick:
Dial voicemail number, lower the volume.
Tap the Camera button, adjust camera settings
Click the Cam button.
There you go, no noise!
Make sure you end the call and not using up minutes. LOL
Anyone tried installing a Symbian Patch to turn off Warning tones etc?
Maybe that may be easier than my trick. LOL

Put your phone on silent befor taking a picture. This will work I have tryed it with E51
Can any one tell me if there is an E52 us. version to be used with AT&T. Please reply. Thanks

hi,im a new user of e52..im extremely annoyed by the flash sound when taking pictures..i've been exploring the fon for a while n cant seem to find the solution..so im hoping that u guys can teach me on how to turn off the flash sound..
n theres shortcuts at first on the screen eg. messaging.camera.web.switch fon's mode
but i lost them when exploring the fon..do you guys know how to make them on the screen back??
please help me..im pretty messed up right now..really grateful for your help.please.thanx.

pa corrigan, 21 Feb 2010going to upgrade phones..been to o2 shop, Staff in 02 told ... moreGet unlocked/unbranded phones for one. Any phone with a provider's software like O2 on it is a mess. If you want a phone with super long battery and that does all things basically then it's a good phone...but if you are one of those people that expects a phone to act like a full sized computer, camera, gps etc then you will be disappointed.
I wanted a slim and light phone with long battery. I like T9 over QWERTY as well so it fits me perfectly. It's not the best phone for web browsing but I don't expect a phone to be and I am not willing to carry something big and bulky like an iphone.

going to upgrade phones..been to o2 shop, Staff in 02 told me that the e52 is rubbish,has had lots of complaints from customers .Reading your opinions ye all seem to be in favor of the phone .i wonder is there anyone there to back up 02 negative complaints of the phone before we purchase six of the e52 .thank you.

AK, 21 Feb 2010Real close to getting this phone. How significant is the l... morethe "lack of" auto focus "problem" is non-existance.
basically anything >~15cm from your lens will be in focus.
but don't expect miracles from a phone camera.
if photo shooting is really something you care about, one should really getting a dedicated compact sized camera instead.
