Faheem, 19 Jan 2010Thanks NM. Do we get touch problems in 5800. Pls tell of some1no problems in 5800..my housemate has one..but you better ask in the 5800 page here in gsm arena..
I don't know why people always ask wich is better, can't you read the specs?don't you know what you prefer?don't you know what is essential to you?
How can you compare E66,E71 and e52?they are so different,in size,keyboard,etc..the best is the one wich fits better your needs..the rest is pure specs..

I've wanted an e52 for a long time but was put off by some of the comments on this forum. I finally got one from play.com last week and it's absolutely fantastic. I haven't seen any of the issues that people have been reporting. It's a real step up from the e51.

The best service is given by native speakers familiar with the market they service. NOBODY prefers outsourced service except for the company as it helps them increase profits. Customers HATE it. 100% of the time a customer will choose a native speaker local over your profit increasing outsourcing...100% of the time.

Anonymous, 17 Jan 2010Ah and lastly I will say that Nokia really needs to revamp ... moreAll companies has their own respective outsourcing. The Philippines was chosen considering that they are pretty much flexible in terms of their accent and English is their second language. Its true that there might be some inexperienced representatives that is new to the business and may not be able to speak good enough compared to us. But your feedback is much appreciated.

                      Many Thanks

Please be advised that a new software will be released by Mid April or May. This will eventually take care of the so-called "bugs" permanently. And rest assured that all software flaws will be rectified as soon as the new updated software version is released. You may try to update this through the following channels:

Nokia Store near you, online by registering to our own website, or OTA.

By the way, the batches that were released in the market are not proto-type or a test phone, this is just to simply stop the humor that we do sell the test phone when in facr all test phones are disposed upon completing rigid testing.

All mobile phone has its own flaws during the initial release, that is why we are trying our best to deliver you the best quality phone for your moneys worth.

                        Thank You.

This is one of the best phones that Nokia released, it has everything you need! The camera is not high class but we can live with that! As for the battery, the phone has the strongest battery that Nokia released up to date! The CPU is also the fastest one Nokia made up to this day! =) all in all great phone, great looks, great responsiveness,a lot of useful features! I personally believe that after the fw. update the battery will last even longer! In my phone 3 days and a couple of hours, but with extensive use of the phone! This phone is currently best buy if you dont like touch phones(ofcourse)! =)

I've had this phone for a couple of days and have not experienced any bugs yet... fingers crossed hoping for the best...

I had to tweak the settings cause it has a nasty habit of connecting to HSDPA without my knowledge. I woke up this morning to find out that it has been connected to HSDPA for more than 6 hours....ouch to my phone bill...
