There's no protection for the microUSB slot. Can't this situation be a problem?

Jade, 16 Aug 2009U mean that the devices of nokia have less pixels u mean ? ... moreI mean that they can create screens that are physically the same size, say 2.4", yet contain more pixels within that given space.
This will mean text and images are "smoothed" and not as jaggedy as there will be more pixels to anti-aliase (or smooth) the edges.
As I said, case in point is with Samsung and HTC - they produce screens which are physically the same size as Nokia, yet they manage to fit more pixels within the TFT/LED screen than Nokia, meaning better resolution and ultimately, better screen.

It is a really good phone, I'm liking it more and more.
My only gripe is with the screen. Nokia produce poor displays and try to 'blind' people with marketing BS by claiming their screens contain more colours (16 million) than the competition (usually 65k).
This doesn't make them better. If you cram more pixels into a smaller space, the resolution increases, which is something Nokia is yet to do compared to competitors like Samsung and HTC. Also, there are only so many colours pixels can display at any one time, so 16 million colours are irrelevant for a scren so small.
The screen pixels of the E52 are quite large, so (especially) web browsing is not as great as it could be, as text and images look grainy/distorted and it washes out colours.
However, it is still very usable and certainly not worth overlooking for, unless you'd rather trade in small form factor and battery life for a touchscreen.

Can it cha... moreTo all people yes it has video light and it charges via USB infact the only charging port is USB which is also for pc connection which also keep charging lastly people try measuring the screen size it is 2.55 inch another plus is very a very bright display web has improved a lot negative thing is no editor and no protective cover or even a cleaning cloth , Just by the way this cell is available in Pakistan dont know about India

-I didn't know that E52 is more stable so +1point for E52
-3.2" is great but I had a 1.9" sonyericson so 2.4" is ok for me

I've been finding answers for ages now and I can't seem to find a review stating that the E52 has a video light since the reviewers think the E52 doesn't need it because it's a business phone, but the truth is it bothers some of the users like me. So I thought that the last best way is to ask personally the current owners of this phone but nobody seemed to care answering my question, but that is just until now.
Thank you once again. I will definitely get this E52.
I know having video light isn't necessary seeing the business mindset of the device, but then again, if Nokia can include it, then why not.

E52 built is good, but camera and video is for fun only, not for business

if its ok for u a 2,4" display then i would take E52 if u want bigger and touch then 5800

Hi again, I fixed my D-pad customisation question, it is is the personalisation menus.
Next question, how do you turn off the camera sound? Even in silent mode the camera sound 'fires' when you take a pic.
