Anonymous, 07 Jul 2009if you hold them in your hand, you'll know size does matter... morerightly put dude. E72 is really good but for me the size matters a lot. and besides E55 is bound to be a lot cheaper when compared to E72 with a 5MP cam.

Spiff, 07 Jul 2009So tell me guys, despite the lower size/weight (which is ok... moreif you hold them in your hand, you'll know size does matter.. E72 is like holding bb, while E55 is like normal phone supported with half-qwerty. decide it yourself.

So tell me guys, despite the lower size/weight (which is ok but not such a big difference), why should I get this one instead of the E72 with the same specs and a couple of extras (optical nav key)

That why nokia can not release in... morehey failed guy.. do you have some VALID DATA to support your failed mouth? or just babbling around your bitterness? do you think such a big and establish company like nokia can't produce simple half qwery keyboard? LOl.. Use simple logic, bird brain. if nokia isn't released it yet, it must be some marketing strategy because the specs of E55 will wipe out N97 & E71 altogether. If you want the best yet economic you must sit and wait. too bad, but that's the rule of the game.

E55 is a failed products! That why nokia can not release in the market, the half qwerty key pad(COMPACT QWERTY) can not work well ... When press A, GOT B! E52 Must release this Month(july) in market for normal key pad!

i've bought this phone today. The problem is, whenever someone calls me neither the name or the number shows on the screen. Can anyone tell me why? Also I've loaded music into the memory stick, but it's not reading anything :(..

I must say I am torn...on the one hand I hope that Nokia this time due enough UAT to ensure no bugs on the other hand, they should not announce incorrect release dates.
I spoke to Nokia in Australia. They are now talking September. Though they did day June and July at different points too. What to believe????
Just hope the phone is better than their punctuality.

Well the e52 has gotten FCC approval a couple of days ago so where is e55? This phone was announced before the e52.

It seems Nokia is waiting for the millionth hit in gsmarena, of course if it wud have been released it wud have been the one and only what had touched million hit marks (in gsmarena), ne way kiddin wat i mean is its really so popular, Nokia should release it, all over world as well as India too :)
