AnonD-13986, 17 Aug 2011I think the slow loads, as in web surfing, could be due to ... moreF-secure seems to live by it´s own rules. I have uninstalled it. Don´t like F-secure, especially the firewall that is not rersponding when I wan+´t to open ports with the file browser to my home server. I use the built in file browser (WebDav) and log in by 3G to reive files and send files.
The firewall doesn´t even ask me if I want to admit it.
I also think the F-secure is making other bad things with battery even if it is not running. Something tells me that you all should uninstall F-secure and get another firewall/antivirus. The phone E6 itself hav e very good security regarding lost phone, encryption. Best in the business I think.

Touch screen does not work while charging.
Mass memory got corrupted within 3 days of purchase. Unable to open/format it.

I'd like to buy it.. but I... moreI think the slow loads, as in web surfing, could be due to anti virus : F-secure or others. If the Firewall is on, then it slows things down... a lot. I noticed the difference before i installed the F-secure, then disabled the Firewall.
Other than that, it's as fast as your internet service provider goes, i.e smooth & nice

for you who still not enough money to buy this phone at now, dont worry guys, keep your dream come true. just saving your every penny do u have now and buy it next or two years from this day and E6 still Rock and worth to buy until those days cos this phone rooooockkkssss!!!

They are immature and feel threatened by Nokia each and every day of their lives so they try to put down Nokia with the hope that we will all abandon Nokia. They are all childish and need to grow up.
I look forward to getting my hands on an E6.

e6 is one of the best qwerty phone available in the market no doubts about that....
people are simply blaming the handset for no reason....
i am using it since june and till now i have got no problems with it.

It seems that Telcel, the biggests cellular firm in Mexico is not going to release It?

Hey guys, is its software slow?
I'd like to buy it.. but I'm reading the cons, in many places they are saying that the e6 is slow, and it takes a lot of time(relatively) to load!
Is it 100% true?

Thanks a lot Jerre, you are right - SKYPE login remembers your coordinates when you exit by closing the telephone button !! Still wondering why Skype does not work with earphones - E72 did this without any problems, reently have removed and again downloaded Skype several times to my E6 to perhaps eliminate this issue, but this unfortunately did not help. Probably the Skype program is still not perfect and in time they will correct it for E6, hopefully ...
