superb of a phone, bundle of features, the only thing that lacks in the phone is the size of the keys and the dialing option should be on the side, the clarity of the screen gets you, the videos that you download are simply amazing to see on the full screen option, little of changes can be done and we would have a excellent of a phone bearing the name E61I

I purchased a E61 in early August and have been very pleased with its performance. I downloaded and set-up the Blackberry Connect software very easily an have also added themes and other mobile programs to the device. I was the WLAN often and have not experienced any issues with this feature. I have used BB (7290, 7100 and 8700), but this device is better for email and has a better phone function.

Bugs with E61
1) try sort the contact by First, Last name. It does not work
2) make call to someone, after long rings withoug answer, if u hang up the phone will hang n restart
3) connection with bluetooth headset will experience drop in volume, often needs to reset
4) select a contact and go into detail, very slow response. However if u select edit, it's much faster

As the Nokia E61 was very attractive by its low price compared to others models, I got one of them about 3 months ago for business use. Today I regret fully not to have spent a bit more on another similar product as I acknowledged many disadvantages and encountered problems over the time I used it. Well, I am very disappointed now, but that is the way it is, at the end you get for what you are paying and not more… Can’t get something cheap in hope to have great quality…

I have the Nokia e61 and am currently using Cingular service in NYC. I downloaded the settigns from Nokia's website, and everything seems to be running smoothly for them most part. Periodically, (and for the most part when I'm in my office) I'll lose my data functionality - I'll go to the connection manager and under active connecitons, it will say that it's reconnecting to that access point, but it never actually reconnects until I shut off the phone and restart it. Because I use this for work (I have Goodlink on here) it's a killer. Anybody have any ideas? Cingular was no help. Feel free to email me directly.
Thanks

Hi jj, hi rx,
i did the same as you, rx, and the result is, not surprising, the same: it works. But what i did is typing "=SUM(a1:a10)" directly into the cell. Trying to add a function by using the option insert->function->#sum has NO effect, the cell remains unchanged, no matter if the cell contained "=" or was empty (and i believe, this maybe is what jj asked for...?)
i did it the way "help" says how to do it...
Error? I am stupid?

Hi
I have tried as discussed to add values in cells on worksheet. I assume it follows same rules like excel.
I put random figures vertically in cells.
I then go to 1st empty cell after group.
I then Insert Function and click on sum.
What then.
I have tried everything and nothing happens.
I cannot see where I am going wrong.
Please help

There is no new software jet (last/only: 19.04.). I must say I am amazed by its resistance. Two days ago my E61 fell into a lake, so it was soking wet. But 2 days later it works like a charm, no fault.
