Good phone but just a bit slow, navigation is too troublesome from one menu to the other, You have to open and close to navigate to other programs. The office application is even slower to open?? don't know why?

blackberry is ment for business .a business phone with symbian os & blackberry wi-fi & voip .business man has a digital camera .what peopeles have to learn abote symbian os symbian symbian os

I am about to pick up this phone e61. Can somebody tell me why this phone should not have a camera intergrated and microsoft office as part of it.
Is there any one coming out with all these features i have mentioned above.

I just bought the E61 and oh my God! its damn good. Very user friendly, tons of features, black berry better run for your life

this is one of the best fone nokia ever brought out. there is only one thing it looks like an imitation to a blackberry. but take it from an expert it is a alright phone. i can't see how any one can hate it!

Yes, you can use the blackberry 8700 series and you possibly use the E61 series and the new 700 series of Palm Treos

this phone rocks best phone I've used so far. I used more than 50 different phones so I know lots of things about the phones.Believe me this is the best phone guys please dont complain that this phone does not have a camera it is not important this phone is one of the smallest phone that you can get in to the internet. with one finger you are on the internet. Procesor is fast enough. As all we know Nokia is user friendly. The menu is so simple that everyone can use. I definitly recommend this phone.

I purchased this phone 7days ago,and now I'm really stasified with the phone,the screen is brilliant and amazing,OS is so stable comparing other nokia Symbian devices.
The only drawback is lack of touchscreen but in presence of a nice qwerty keyboard,it is not important.

(SYMBIAN) sumone hates this phone beckose there is no camera , do they know it has wlan SYMBIAN
SYMBIAN is an OS (OPERATING SYSTEME) like windows mobile but it's not a pocket pc with windows converted apps it's a SYMBIAN application
with symbian you can receave all incoming messages Bluetooth,txt,mms,e-mail,to memory card
and with 75 MB of INTERNAL MEMORY ,with symbian when you install a symbian application or java application for the phone you can install it to the memory card or internal memory ,most symbian phones has 10 mb of internal memory ,
if you have 20 applications openning from the memory card it will be slow to access to menu gallery ....you can install every important applications like e-mail , skype , internet browser , mobile tv, launchers , themes , multimedia application s ,so whe you have 3 or 4 things running at the same time the memory card loading time will be FAST
this phone is meant to be fast if you know SYMBIAN for at least 1 yeare and you do not like this phone please let us know

Hi!
I somehow managed to get my hands on this new Nokia E61 mobile phone and I also extended its memory to 2gb because I loved its design and features. The phone has a number of good things, but bads are heavier then goods, so finally I have decided to send it back to my service provider, as it is still in cooling off period.
The Goods:
The design of the phone is great!
The material used for the body looks and feels great!
The keyboard is great, soft keys and typing is extremely easy, unless you really want to make a mistake :)
The screen is pretty good, icons, display design, color scheme of original nokia theme is great!
Features are good and quite useful!
Now the Bads:
Twice in three days my phone was hang, even the power off button did not work, so I had to open the back cover, take the battery out and put it back in.
About 5 or 6 times in three days the phone was just hang, thankfully the power button was working so I had to switch it off and back on.
About 2 or 3 times the phone was restarted by itself while I was typing email or text msg.
The menus design in the phone is a bit confusing but obviously you get used to it after a while.
Quite frequently the phones shows an error msg that “it is running out of memory please close other applications”, while no other applications are at all running.

Very slow processor! tried it out on a brand new device today, and navigation is too much without touch screen!
