*#7370# is just for reset setting only.
maybe i need to reinstal or updated firmware to lose all phone memory to become like new one. but someone told me that be careful if u want to updated ur firmware because there is a risk the phone become totally dead. thankss for reply my question.

you mean after you reset the phone then you reinstall it and have the same problem? if so it's compatibility problem of some sort... or anything else...
i'd opted for choosing other anti virus or foregoing to use one...

Can't you use other chat programs ... moreWell, actually intend to buy it for may parents because the large landscape screen will suit them pretty well and the reason for asking about Yahoo! Chat was because they have a Yahoo! account and can talk with other family members. The large display suits my father who uses specs and also has large hands and the big buttons will also be of great convenience to him. Good to know that u were able to use Yahoo as well as other programs on this. Was helpful to me in deciding on buying this one. Thanx.

1. Hard reset *#7370# and/or
2. Updating/reinstalling the firmware using NSU.
Then looks like you have to go to the service center.

I am in trouble. I have been using E61i since July 2008. It was working perfectly till morning of 01 Jan 2009. In the early morning I changed my F-Secure anti virus pgm to kaspersky and that did it. Now the phone hangs and it does nothing. Although the clock works but thats the only thing that works. I have to switch it off by removing the battery. I have tried to reinstall the OS but cant as kaspersky's firewall does not allow any pgm to write to the phone. And I cant do anything about it as I cant stop kaspersky to load on rebooting the phone.
Any ideas friends???????

@Anne, you could try PDF+.
@Tio, if you want the data gone you should do a hard reset by pressing *#7370# then the security numbers 12345 (if you didn't change it previously). There will be some leftover in your memory card, though, so format your card afterward.

hi...
i am using this phone for 15 months .now the original browser dosnt work for all the way,through wifi or GPRS. why ?someone can help me? so i just using opera browser.
then i want to delete all data in my phone memory like new one?but i dont know? i juts know reset ,its just for setting only, so setting will come back like new one ,but data not clean like new one?someone help me please....

I'd be glad if anybody could help me with an alternate pdf viewer for my 17 month old E61i, the default Adobe reader isn't working, I'm unable to do anything about it. Dont want to go the phone resetting way just for this one application. I'm an extremely satisfied 61i user otherwise. Thanks.
