one tiny problem. I notice when im receiving an incoming call the name neither number shows up. Only the word 'call' sohws up. Is there anyway i could fix that? Please help

I updated the firmware to the latest version and after that Radio and Bluetooth doesn't work. Previously Radio had two options "FM Radio" and Visual Radio, but at present it shows only visual radio. In addition, bluetooth doesn't function and if i want to open it, it shows the operation can not be done.
Can any one hlep?

How's the musi... morehey, i think its good. if you can fix a sponge on headset speaker u can have the sound effect in its maximum.... its a nice handset and am using it for more than 6 months. its speaker volume does not comes to music series. but have its own clarity. its an executive phone right. its better to approach some shops which have live demo. its some thing to be experirnced

i am using e63. I think it's a good smart phone. But its musical quality is comparitively poor and also its camera is some how bad.

9ja4life, 11 Jun 2011Hello every one in the house, pls can sumone tell me how to... moreif u want to update your E63 firmware then in your phone go to settings> phone >phone updates > update phone sw.
Allow the phone to connect to nokia and search for the software.
Then download the available sw. Before updating backup your contacts and other files in your memory card. The phone will autimatically prompt you to backup when the software is downloaded. The install the downloaded software. The phone will restart many times so don't panic.
