how to update firmware version 400.xx.xxx??? my curent version is 200.21.012 if i go throgh nokia software udater then me get latest version 500.24.oo9 but this version hv mny bug. so pls help me to change firmware version from 200.21.012 t0 400.xx.xxx

my question is, how can i recover my lost nokia E63 phone, i have the IMEI number, i tried contacting my service provider for assistance and i have given them all the documents they asked for but it all seems impossible for me to get them to circulate my phone and find out who is using it and where, any ideas of anything more i can do?
